I have loved Pizza Hut since I was a teenager. Sadly over the last couple of years, the quality of the product has fallen significantly. The people are great. The service is excellent and speedy. But the product in my opinion is no longer worth the price. It looks like the same pizza, but it doesn't taste anything like it has in the past.

We ordered a large pepperoni, cheese sticks, BBQ chicken, 2 liter diet Pepsi and a 2 liter stary. The pizza was wrong, the drink was wrong, they kept hanging up on me. Worst place ever. The only nice thing was the delivery driver.

I have always had a great experience at this location until now. I went in to pick up my food and upon paying, a receipt was shoved across the counter and I was told "Here, finish filling this out" but there was nothing to write with given to me and there was not so much as a "Thank You" at the end of the transaction. When we got home with the pizza, the cheese was basically non-existent on the pizza, I had to add my own cheese and put the pizza in the oven to melt it. I don't expect a ton of cheese but I do expect the normal amount , which was not there this time.
There was no lemon pepper taste or smell the other day when I was brought home wings

I would give it 0 stars if I could! Ordered online to be ready by 6:45pm.. my husband went to go pick it up and they had him waiting for 1 hour!
Sat on hold for over an hour. Do not order from here they charged without confirming. Called in the order.
