Stopped to pick up a couple pizzas on our way from Houston to Arkansas. I have to say the pizza here was amazing. I've had my fair share of pizza hut in my area, but the pizza here is on another level delicious. Service was great. The lady at the register was very kind and welcoming.

I don't know if pizza hut in Carthage is under new management or what, but this place used to suck really bad and now, it hits so hard! Just now picked up 2) 1 topping stuffed crusts and they might have been the best pizzas we have ever eaten! Fully staffed with hard working guys and it shows. Keep up the great work and I'll be a regular.

I have loved Pizza Hut since I was a teenager. Sadly over the last couple of years, the quality of the product has fallen significantly. The people are great. The service is excellent and speedy. But the product in my opinion is no longer worth the price. It looks like the same pizza, but it doesn't taste anything like it has in the past.
9 times out of 10, will get your order wrong. Also, workers with bad attitudes at the front/on phones? Not a great choice!

We ordered a large pepperoni, cheese sticks, BBQ chicken, 2 liter diet Pepsi and a 2 liter stary. The pizza was wrong, the drink was wrong, they kept hanging up on me. Worst place ever. The only nice thing was the delivery driver.
