I have loved Pizza Hut since I was a teenager. Sadly over the last couple of years, the quality of the product has fallen significantly. The people are great. The service is excellent and speedy. But the product in my opinion is no longer worth the price. It looks like the same pizza, but it doesn't taste anything like it has in the past.
Do you want a place that's down to earth people there treat you like family go in there and ask for Cheryl she's very sweet lady she's been there for a while and you can tell cuz her hospitality and her kindness hands down is her top qualities. All the other staff members there give it their all and they make sure that you're happy with your food before you even leave.
The food was great and I was so impressed with Devon at the carthage location! So funny and sweet! He was working on something in the cooking area when we came in and let me know with a smile that he would be up there asap! Was fast and so friendly! Thank you devon!!
