The food came 23 minutes after the order was placed through the app and we entered our stall number, which was about 15 minutes after the screen said it was “on the way”. When I pressed the red button after a while to ask what was going on, I was informed that we were waiting on our corn dogs. 23 minutes to make corn dogs? Seriously? At least they were nice and hot when we got them, unlike the mozzarella sticks that were already cold. And to top it off, thank goodness before we pulled away, we looked in the bag and found that none of the sauces that we placed in the app order were included, I had to press the button again and ask for those we brought out.

I eat at Sonic in Carthage on Sundays before grocery shopping. We call it Sonic Sunday. It's always great, people are nice. Please put up cones or tape off which stalls work. Other than that, it's wonderful!

The location in Lakeport is so much better. Food is always hot, good and correct there. This location in Carthage always gets the burger order wrong, and food is warm at best when it comes out. The pickle fries are so good at Lakeport, I just got some from Carthage and it was all breading with shriveled up pickle skins in there. Disappointing

I HATE that I love sonic & this is the only one in town. They LOVE to make their own times look better by saying your food is “on the way” but in all reality no one has picked up your order on multiple occasions I have had to call in 10 minutes after the screen said “your carhop is on the way” to get my order sent out I have ordered at a stall & on the app & it’s always the same… Carhops always have an attitude especially if they forgot sauce or straws which they do 90% of the time. Unprofessional, rude… food is good but honestly not even worth the inconvenience anymore. The lady who normally works the drive through is great but the line is always so long, again not worth it.

I ordered 2 kids meals, 2 #2's one with fries one tots with Dr. Pepper and other Coke. They brought me old fries and not a full medium tutor tot.. I asked for the fries to be remade.. They carhop brought me the same fries back with less fries in it and they had just re-dropped them in the grease. So disgusting ?
