I ordered 2 kids meals, 2 #2's one with fries one tots with Dr. Pepper and other Coke. They brought me old fries and not a full medium tutor tot.. I asked for the fries to be remade.. They carhop brought me the same fries back with less fries in it and they had just re-dropped them in the grease. So disgusting ?

I made an order of 4 different burgers and 2 of the 4 were wrong. I initially tried to use their app for the order but the app would not accept my debit or my credit card. So I drove down and ordered there. I had to send them back, twice, before the order was correct. They were not overly busy but my food took 10 minutes and then another 10 to get the burgers correct, so of course my fries and onion rings were ice cold before I got them home (a 4 minute drive).

Never again will I stop by this Sonic. Person working the speaker needs a serious attitude adjustment. Make me feel like I did something wrong or like I was rude to her from the beginning. Got 3 cheeseburgers into my order before I said no, cancel it. Never again. Joe needs to do better at hiring.
We just stopped at the Sonic in Carthage TX. Little town, busy little restaurant! And the staff was so friendly! They were very fast, courteous, and efficient. They followed up with us several times, always chipper and kind. It was a great experience.

Food is decent service is always met with attitude. App mysteriously stops working the majority of the time after happy hour and you're trying to get the 1/2 drink deal. when you ask you get attitude and it's legit not worth the rise in my blood pressure when I just ask what to do since the app is glitching. Customer service is everything in a day and age where it's few and far between. I'll go support a small mom and pop that know where it's at.
