They never follow the app instructions... probably just means I need to go in and stand over them while they make the sandwich.... but I guess we'll just go to another subway from now on.

My daughter and I went in today and the worker Tailor was sitting out in the lobby with one of her friends talking on her phone. She gave us a dirty look as we walked in. After about 3 minutes of her messing with her phone she finally came over. Didn’t greet us until after I told her what we wanted. Mind you she didn’t even end her phone call. She had the call on speaker and every few seconds the person on the line kept calling Tailor. Tailor didn’t put the correct amount of meat on one of the sandwiches. They were both footlongs and one only got half the meat. She was very rude and had an attitude. Like she was mad at us for coming in and her actually having to get up and do the job she gets paid to do. Overall the experience was unpleasant and in the future if she is working when I go in I’ll just leave and go somewhere else!

Your worker never acknowledged me walking in the place. One single trying in the lobby and one be behaving nd the counter sweeping never look up. So l stand for 15 minutes and went outside and set in my car. The lady still in the lobby and the girl ro still sweeping a customer came in she never washed her hands I am video them and sending it to the health department also yes u need better worker

Today I had exceptional service. Mack the African American gentleman had such great customer service. And his recommendation was everything!!! I have had experiences here before that were subpar but today's experience was EXCELLENT! The music, the atmosphere, and everything was so inviting and family friendly. The sandwiches were made perfectly. Thank you for good old fashion customer service.

I ordered on the app. Chicken salad on multi grain bread. First bite tasted like tuna! Bread was hard & dry. Worst sandwich! New employees every time I go. They should not serve dry bread! If scoop is used for anything, get a clean one! I order probably 5+ times a month at Panola street. I may start going to the other location on US 79 North. Please get a manager to discuss & train to do better!

When I arrived I was told they were finishing a big order and it would be a minute. No problem, I’m a patient person and I was early anyways. The issue came up once they were finished and I stood there for an additional 10 minutes while they complained about prep work etc to each other and completely ignored me while I wait. They are also moving very slow to make the order, and the second girl does absolutely nothing to help her. She disappears to the back, then comes back and watches the lady who is taking my order but doesn’t start the second one. Instead, she just watches her. Go thing I was early, otherwise I would have been late.
They don’t wash the hands before making the food, then I got sick twice after eating there. No one is usually there to take any order.

The workers were standing around talking and cursing and we had kids with us. They were yelling and cussing with their friends that came in. The veggies were NOT fresh, they were not following safety protocols at all and talking about how customers were eating pizzas that were bad. They were very rude and the atmosphere was not pleasant, I highly do not recommend them, worst spot in town.
