Today I had exceptional service. Mack the African American gentleman had such great customer service. And his recommendation was everything!!! I have had experiences here before that were subpar but today's experience was EXCELLENT! The music, the atmosphere, and everything was so inviting and family friendly. The sandwiches were made perfectly. Thank you for good old fashion customer service.
Went in around 12:30 on Nov 7 and it was a big rush, like a lot of people. Now usually I’ll go around 6/6:30 sometimes and it would take forever to order, and my food would taste nasty, but when I went in at 12 it was so much faster, even with the rush. I could see the workers getting frustrated but they keep a smile on their face?.Will definitely be going earlier in the day. Wish it was always like that at anytime of the day!!!!
