Ordered a soft steak taco with sour cream..it came with barely any meat 80 percent lettuce no southwest ranch sauce and no sour cream...I returned it for refund it was disgusting ?

Look. It's Taco Bell. No one is ever going to expect a stellar menu or awesome food. Everyone knows what they're getting whenever they go to Taco Bell; cheap food that fills the stomach that isn't so terrible that you can't eat it.From what I can say after eating here multiple times is that the staff, service, and quality of food are always top-notch. I've never received a wrong order here, and I've never had to wait for an unacceptable amount of time. This particular Taco Bell sets the standard for Taco Bells everywhere.

Dirty tables, drink dispenser area was soaked in multi flavored funk, floors looked to have yesterdays lunch still on them. 3 stars for service because it was a touch screen and didn’t have an attitude. And what the hell is that smell when you walk in the door?

I had 2 orders of nacho fries. They were cold. I asked for some more and the 3 ppls came to the windows looking at me crazy. They said they couldn't cook me more cause they cook them every 15 minutes. Never ever had a problem there. Never going back to Carthage taco bell. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG AT THE WINDOWS BEFORE YOU PULL OFF.

Hello I visited this location on 7/29/2023 around 8:36pm.I came into town to visit my mother and we had the most awful experience at this Taco Bell. The first time at the speaker we started to do our order and the young man(David) at the speaker was very much so in a rush, but when we asked to make sure he was understanding us he said no so i reiterated what we wanted which we confirmed on screen. so once we got to the window everything seem straight so we left with the order. So once we have made it home and we start unpacking the items we realize that the order is very off, so we decide to head back to the establishment. Once we got back in line and informed them why we are there David gets very hostile at the speaker. we then decide to go to the window where we met a delightful young lady and she seemed like she was more than willing to help us, the name on the original receipt says Casey, might have been her. Her manager was talking to the young lady off to side. The Manager never properly greeted us but she also came with a bad attitude. Stating that she just got to work and that we don't do exchanges and that we will have to keep the food. so at this point I can see how upset this is making my mother and I just asked to be refunded for the wrong items so we can be done. the service was very poor they did not follow the values that i have know yum brands or taco bell and kfc establishments to have over the years. I don't feel like the MOD had control over the shift as the young man kept coming back over to the window looking out at my mother and rolling his eyes as the manager is talking to my mother. when my mother mentioned his behavior, the manager said nothing to the young man. she absolutely did not have the skillset to deescalate the situation. In the end she did not refund us for all of the wrong items and we were stuck with food that we did not want to eat cause its not what we order. this was terrible and this restaurant must do better. it will be a long time before we go there again. I understand that Food service industry is not for everyone but if you have accepted the offer and the position, you should fill the role to the highest of your ability. David and the Manager(a younger white lady) you all must do better. I did call to try and get the Corp Tele number but it would not be given to me. the person on the phone was also david.

I watched them make the new steak fries for an customer and they looks great so I ordered them as well. They only put 8 fries on there. I've seen bigger meals for kids meals. Well not order them again.

Decided to eat in. It was clean. Easy quick service. Taco Bell is a great fall back meal. Staff seemed organized. I noticed it made our meal delivery prompt.
