Great GraveYard Shift. Managers are family so stuck with them apparently can't count on the counter workers mostly outta shape women whose claim to fame was drama about other people money. has to be rang for like they are the Attraction at the Zoo but the Cooks, awesome food, won't find a Better Burger in Carthage at 2am. Also they do listen to the Customer so if you want to add something they got you a little more but what was his name ...his name was Jacob other Guy name Tommy but they Ran that Ship went on Multiple different nights. The Night Shift. Both need a Raise from Corporate Thats in my Honest opinion. Can't be nice to the Help

This location is at a Loves truck stop. It's pretty sad not one young lady came up to the front counter to assist several older truckers wanting to order breakfast. The digital menus seem to not be working or a little confusing to these older gentlemen. When they approached the front counter to order the 3 ladies behind the counter never came to take their orders. They all walked out. I ordered an iced coffee only for it to taste like bug spray. It took the ladies 20 minutes to make three sausage English muffins sandwiches. The restaurant was not busy at all. They drive thru only had three cars come through the whole 30 minutes I was there.

This place is in a gas station. It's fairly large and seemed to be clean and have ok service. But.. it's in a Gas station. My burger and fries were good.
This is the worst and rudest Wendy's I have ever gone to in my life. They are very unprofessional and unwilling to work with customers. Light skin with dreads was beyond rude. The young boy tried to be nice but she was way too ghetto and loud over talking him. It was all bc she did not want to drop fresh cookies. So sad. If corporate see these reviews they need to come clean house. I do not recommend anything with those attitudes.

Wow so slow in taking orders I even wanted to go behind the counter and do my breakfast order.. Just sad how people expect and want to be paid more in this line of work yet they don't want to do the work ?

I've done this fast food job in past for 7 yrs while having 2nd job to prosper in life.
This generation just wants to show up and get paid doing nothing. Just sad and disturbing.

Waited over 10 minutes to place an order. The only thing I got was I be with you in a minute while not busy. With the price of food at the location, I should not be forced into using a kiosk and will not do business with anyone who would. The price I checked was for one person.
