Only reason I come here is for a frosty. Service is not that friendly or professional, and no matter what even if no one is behind you they make you pull up and wait next to a trash can.

17 hours into a 22 hour drive, this Wendy's was absolutely perfect. Probably the best Wendy's experience I've had. The fries were hot and fresh, the burger tasted great. The salad was fantastic. Was exactly what we needed to close out the drive.

Paid for 2 large chillis just to be told it would be 2 hours before the chilli was available. Walked in to 3 cackling woman. No wonder there was no chilli for 2 hours! I'm sick of this crap! BRING ON THE ROBOTS!

Every time I come here it takes forever. Literally no reason it should take 30-45 minutes and I’m not exaggerating.. this is ridiculous.. can literally be the only person and 3-4 people working and it takes over 30 minutes!! Why?? Why is the business so terrible?

This Wendy's has good breakfast but terrible lunch. Large fries come out halfway full. The burger buns are ALWAYS hard and stale. They also short you badly on burger toppings. The service is horribly slow so don't stop here if you're on your lunch break. My main issue is the food quality and portions. It is not worth the money. Carthage does not have many fast food restaurants, but this is one you should skip.
