Paid for 2 large chillis just to be told it would be 2 hours before the chilli was available. Walked in to 3 cackling woman. No wonder there was no chilli for 2 hours! I'm sick of this crap! BRING ON THE ROBOTS!

Every time I come here it takes forever. Literally no reason it should take 30-45 minutes and I’m not exaggerating.. this is ridiculous.. can literally be the only person and 3-4 people working and it takes over 30 minutes!! Why?? Why is the business so terrible?

This is the absolute BEST Wendy's I've been to in a very long time. The food was amazing. The people were wonderful. This location is definitely on my list to save for long trips through the area.

If ANYONE thinks the service is bad at this location you clearly haven't been to the one in lufkin....At this location you can at least GET food.....and it's usually fast and clean.

This Wendy's has good breakfast but terrible lunch. Large fries come out halfway full. The burger buns are ALWAYS hard and stale. They also short you badly on burger toppings. The service is horribly slow so don't stop here if you're on your lunch break. My main issue is the food quality and portions. It is not worth the money. Carthage does not have many fast food restaurants, but this is one you should skip.

You can't get what you want the manager said she can't fix it or change it you just want lettuce cheese and chili very rude woman . Considering every other one you should go to will do it. This is the Wendy's at the Love's truck stop. The same one when the french fries I called they dump them back in the fryer and reheat them

Dirty and nasty tables and workers were playing on their phones then touching the food without gloves.
Threw my food away because one of the workers was coughing and sneezing without covering up her mouth or washing her hands afterwards.
