I have to brag on my experience at the Carthage Whataburger today! I had placed a small to-go order with a special instruction. Not only did the staff give me exactly what I ordered, but they went over and beyond! I am a very happy customer. Thank you to great management and a friendly, excellent team!

The drive-thru line was LONG, but the service was quick and accurate. When we ordered, there were 8 or 9 cars in front of us but it only took about 10 minutes to pay AND get our food.
The burger is no longer what it used to be sadly. It doesn't matter that I ordered the most expensive and largest one they have......
