I came for the first time and had the Havana bowl with the perviuan chicken and I absolutely loved it. It was delicious 😋. The restaurant was also nice atmosphere and fast service.

Very good food, but not quite on the mark. Came for the Cubano. Light on the pork, heavy on the mustard. The ham may have been there, but I'm not recalling it.
Our family has eaten at Bilia many times; food is always consistently delicious; we have eaten so many different items, from plates to bowls to handhelds, and their guac with plantains is the best of the best; they are always so friendly here as well; tonight our party of 8 got food to go and every single item was correct (as usual); so happy we found Bilia!!
