Very friendly. Clean & helpful! They got me pointed in the right direction. I got the dirty boba, 1/2 sweet with extra ice. I didn't know it had a "cheese foam" on top automatically but it was a welcome surprise. The boba were firm and not gummy with good flavor. I enjoyed every drop of my drink & will be a known regular!

Vietnamese coffee is fairly good. They have many drink options and foods that look very appetizing to try. The service here is awesome thanks to Hanna she was very kind & helpful.

Surprised my niece and partner by dropping into Feng Cha Boba - this was all of our first time here and it was definitely a great time. I ordered their Vietnamese Coffee and my niece had their Cookies and Cream Boba, and of course, partner had their Taro. The drinks were delicious. The Vietnamese coffee indeed was a hit!I love the aesthetic - beautiful. The ambiance is vibrant, edgy, and immaculate. Service was great.

Okay. So. Where do I begin. I am not a Karen, I just take my boba very seriously. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by 2 kiosks. This is where you place your order and pay. I get it. Most places, unfortunately, are providing this “service.” Perhaps to save money on paying a warm body or to expedite orders. As far as warm bodies, there were 3. One was sitting in a chair, pulled from the furniture used for customers, behind the counter on her phone. The other made my drink, and the other was a manager. My order was prepared and ready to pick up at the counter. My phone told me via text. So yes, when you place your order, you have to enter your phone number and name. And the young lady who made my drink called my name, dropped the drink at the counter, and scurried back to the back. I said thank you and the manager did say “enjoy.” I appreciated that.My drink was good. Was it $9.00 good? No. You do have to pay extra for toppings. It’s a boba place. At least throw in the boba for free then pay extra for more. There wasn’t that much boba in my drink by the way, but the boba was good. It was soft and chewy. In conclusion, this place is great for introverted young millennials to gen z kids who communicate with emojis and Tik Tok dances.

One of the finer Boba places in town. Flavors are great. They have digital kiosk and staff is pretty quick. The atmosphere of the shop is beautiful. I wish they had more pastries/snacks as they don't offer much. Regardless, boba was fantastic and I will be coming back again and reccomend it to friends.Parking: Parking outside is free and plenty. We don't usually have issues parking.

This is my go-to for boba drinks! Most boba places in San Antonio are waaaaaay too sweet for my liking. Here I can order 0% for sweetness level! Also, their boba is nice and chewy. My go-to is the Dirty Taro - Unsweet - add taro foam - boba & lychee jelly. Service can be hit or miss, but I'm just there for the drinks.

Drinks tastes pretty good. I notice smaller details that make a difference, like the way workers show up for work in random outfits. The first time I visited, one worker was in short shorts. The last few times I've visited the workers looked disheveled, like they just rolled out of bed.I recently visited in January, and it was only because they had an event there. The inside was freezing. They didn't turn on the heater, which was very tacky.
