Las Palapas - Castle Hills

Listen I love las palapas, out of all the jawns in SA I always have to stop here when in town... the coffee, the chorizo and egg with a side of carne guisada never disappoints and the service is usually friendly.. fresh tortillas and great salsas to compliment it all!

Staff is always friendly there, even with a large party. They deserve a lot of credit especially at night! The food is always good!

Had a small problem with my order. Joshua, the manager went above and beyond to make it right. He wowed us with his great customer service. Rene, Michael, Bernie and other wait staff are very friendly and helpful. Leonardo does a great job keeping the chips and water filled and everything in order. Good experience.

I honestly think it is the time of day I go I hate how hot and miss it is I live between 2 branches and if I go before closing I find myslef disappointed just going to try to go during busy times so I know the food is fresh and hopefully not burnt again.

Within two hours after eating your food, I was vomiting uncontrollably and had the worst abdominal cramps. I was sick for hours. It was terrible. It's not important that you know who I am, but it is very important that you hear how you're doing and to understand why it is so necessary to take the time to make the right decisions when you serve people food. If you don't care, or don't understand or don't have the maturity to prepare your food correctly your restaurant will make people sick and certainly lose customers. If you don't understand that, then you need to think about it. Your location is sometimes so dirty we have to wipe the old food debris off of the table ourselves before we sit down. That's terrible! That's your job. Running a restaurant means making the right decisions for the people that pay to eat there and not allowing your employees to do a horrible job. Customers look at the employees and notice how they act. Management needs to notice that too. We used to eat at your restaurant on a weekly basis because we enjoyed it. But after this horrible experience, I will not eat at your restaurant again!! You need to figure it out!!!!

I ordered the LP Super Bowl It was super salty and thequantity or quality of the food wasn’t worth the price. I also had asked for a large Sierra mist, and I didn’t realize till I got home that they forgot to give it to me. My wife also had gotten a fajita taco plate and it was poorly prepared

Tacos are mediocre at best and certainly not worth the $4 price tag they expect you to pay. You used to be able to give your phone number and use rewards you’ve earned. Apparently now we have to go into an app and activate your points to use them. Why do you feel the need to over complicate a process that worked fine before? Done with this place.

I had a problem with my order and Joshua asked me to come and he would make it right. He exceeded my expectations by remaking my order and making the transaction easy. I noticed he was very respectful to the customers coming and going. I usually don't come inside. But it seems pleasant and I will come inside with my family next time. Thank you

From all other Las Palapas. This location is far the best I've gone to. The chicken tortilla soup was searved pretty and hot. My husband's tacos of chorizo & egg and fajita were served hot as well. Other location always a bit cold. Our waitress was on top of our needs. I definitely enjoyed the environment. When you walk in you can smell the cleaningness of i believe of Fablaso.
