Bamboo Palace is a solid spot for a good meal. The food is consistently tasty, the portions are fair, and the staff is always polite and helpful. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, making it an easy choice when you’re in the area. Overall, a dependable place to grab something good to eat.

Customers have the Right to pay at the register after their meal - - there are some pushy servers there that insist you pay at the table towards the end of your meal.
*The Manager there is all good with customers paying at the register afterward.
--> Feel free to tell any server there who wants you to pay them at your table - that you will pay at the register - if you prefer to do that.

*Paying at the register also helps ensure that a rogue server doesn't copy or take photos of your credit or debit card. 💳

We had this place 2 months ago it was great, and this Oct 24th we thought we go again and no... it was not the same. It said re-grand opening and it was not the same. Last time they had more shrimp with jalapeños and it was a 4 out of 5 but today they didnt have it. Last time the had crayfish and today they didnt have it. They didnt have 3 foods they had last time and it was a sad day. I don't think I will come again because it just wasnt the same. Wish they would have kept it the same but with new owners.
