Customers have to stand in line for a long time until they attend you. They never have the flavor you want like simple chocolate. They never have ingredients for banana splits or sundays.

Terrible service, we went at 8:30pm and there was a sign on the door saying lobby closed and drivethru recording said that it was closed and there are supposed to closed at 10pm They need to fire all those workers.

Ordered a cake online for pickup 11/1 and when we came to pick up they said it wasn't on the system and no cake was made. They proceeded to say we could pick one out or they could remake for Sunday per manager. We agreed for Sunday at 12 since it was the earliest. Well what do you know, we shop up a little past 12 and they give us the same story. No order in the system and they called the manager again and said we could just pick one out. Why even have an online system if orders are not going to go through! Not ordering from here again.

Oh Wow this place is lacking health dept inspections. A few of us went to this location even though The employee was great were all sick and I mean sick from what I assume was contaminated Ice Cream .None of the ice cream was marked as the employee told us the workers were too lazy to put the ice cream where it belongs so they didn’t know the flavors .

The food ordered was good, but it wasn't what made me come to dunkin everything I wanted was either missing an item or wasn't available. No refreshers, no chais, no pumpkin drinks (in the fall), come on yall get it together.

I came to the Baskin-Robbins over here in here for the birthday scoop do not have good service. It was three workers. They Did not Welcome Me in, and they all had crazy looks on their face When I walked in, they were sitting down I wouldn’t be coming back

The customer service is a hit or miss. They are stingy with the scoops. $6 for two scoops of ice cream, but only receiving a scoop and a half is just ridiculous.

Worst ice cream! To begin with they didn't have the two flavors we wanted. So got vanilla in a cup and strawberry cheese cake on a cone. Both ice cream tasted freezer burned. The cone was wrapped in paper and the paper was stick to the cone. We will not be going back to this location!
I see why it’s only rated 2 stars. Workers are clueless

Went at 6 pm on a Sunday. Wanted a hot fudge sundae from drive thru but they say they are out of hot fudge. So I go in to choose an ice cream. The girl working there was mumbling and couldn't care less. I got ice cream in a cup only to find out they were out of SPOONS? Customers had to use the tiny sample spoons. I won't be back.

Why the billboard have a different price then computer connected to cash registar. Not paying 8.90 for 2 dips of ice cream then young man at window tells me , well I did t charge you for the cup. REALLY- lol. I'll just go to Braums although they don't carry lemon custard.
