the taste is absolutely horrible.... how can you mess chocolate cake...

The cake slices were frozen.

I was very disappointed with the cake slices I ordered. I was shocked to discover, they were frozen and not freshly prepared. It reminded me of purchasing a food item from 7/11 in the plastic wrapping that sits out for days. Knowing the experience of the chef I was not expecting this at all. Also with the price of the slices... I will never order again it was a waist of money.

My cake was NEVER DELIVERED for my daughter’s birthday! Customer Service did not return calls.

We were deeply disappointed with our recent experience with this establishment. Our anticipation for a special cake, purchased by my sister for my daughter's birthday, was met with frustration and dismay as the cake failed to materialize. Shockingly, we only discovered the cancellation of our order at the last moment, without any prior notification or explanation. This lack of communication and reliability is disheartening, especially when celebrating such an important occasion. Fortunately, we found solace in a last-minute alternative, which, truth be told, surpassed our expectations in every aspect. Despite this unexpected turn of events, it is with regret that we declare our loss of trust in this establishment.

My niece sit and wait for her order on her birthday… and they just cancelled after taking a long time. Awful service that made a girl sad.

I was excited to try this and today is my husband's birthday. I ordered 1 Red Velvet, 1 Black and White, and 1 Rainbow. Of what I ordered, I only received 1 correct item, there Rainbow. We received a regular fudge and a confetti for the other 2 slices. It's not a deal breaker that the cake was prepackaged but I feel it was misleading in the description. Finally, I paid $9.98 a piece for the slices to not be as big as you're led to believe. The taste was ok. This is what happens when you don't have actual locations where the product is made on site. Doubt I will order again. This was my first experience and I haven't even taken a bite yet because I'm not thrilled with the slices I received for the cost.

I ordered delivery 3 days prior to a order needed for a birthday. They cancelled it 15 mins prior to delivery and no calls, nothing….terrible! I will never use them again!

Restaurant service was slow...BUT, the cake itself is delicious..I especially like the frosting?

Absolutely Garbage service took forever to get my order ready then blamed it on no delivery person available.
