Well, I made the mistake of giving the Cedar Hill, TX location another try, with the hope things had improved. Not only have they not improved, they've actually gotten worse. I walked in at 3:45 on June 4th. I was the ONLY customer in the entire restaurant. As I walked back to the bar, I grabbed a menu off one of the tables in the bar area. When I sat down at the bar, the first thing the bartender did was fuss at me about where I got the menu! Not, " hey welcome in, how can I help you?" Nope! She scowled and said I needed to put the menu back on the table! Really?? I'M THE ONLY ONE HERE! She then refused to wait on me and turned me over to her manager. All because I had the gall to ask why it mattered where I got the menu. Her attitude was horrible from the word go! The manager also tried to make me pay up at the front register instead of at the bar. No wonder the last several times I've been there the place was completely empty. You just ran off another one for good! Waxahachie here I come!

Upon arrival this young lady handed us our menus and told us to walk ourselves and our menus to that table over there with the ketchup bottle on it. The waiter however was attentive so I do commend him because they gave him a section and the bar to handle on his own. Atmosphere gave not so clean vibes.

The Fields

It took 30 minutes to get portions that where questionable. My husband walked in w/an order for 2 sandwiches w/2 sides (1 in a wrap that had 4 small nuggets of chicken).

We ordered online and did delivery so I cannot comment on service or atmosphere quality but the food I got was not good :/

I can't imagine anyone, even the cooks that made it themselves, wanting to eat this sandwhich or thinking its worth $14...an amount of mayo so small it was hidden completely under one pickle, the chicken somehow looks almost better in my photo but looking at it in person, it looks super dry, hard, and has an odd smell even...I just threw it away and didn't chance it.

Buffalo wild wings used to be a great spot to go for good food and atmosphere, I'm not sure if it's just cedar hills location or the chain itself but lesson learned 🤷‍♀️

Ordered on line, all flats got all drums. Looked at tye order as we drove off! Packed so waiting an additional 30 minutes for new order No! 2nd part of our order boneless wings ordered extra wet! Dry like a sand! Onions rings not just cold but greasy cooked in old ass grease! They have had 3 times each time worse! Never again

They were very racist and did not want to sit us down even if we kept asking for a table.They would not give us a table and kept making us wait.They were leaving all the tables full with trays and didn’t want to clean up for us to sit when the staff were just standing around.

I recently visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location and had an incredibly disappointing experience. While we were eating, we noticed roaches crawling in the dining area. This completely ruined our appetite and made us question the cleanliness of the restaurant.

We immediately informed the staff, but their response was indifferent at best—they didn’t seem surprised or concerned. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to have such poor hygiene standards, especially when serving food. The manager also had a attitude as well.
