Service was great food wasn’t. I mean it was good in the moment, Messed up my stomach within hours and I feel like crap the whole next day. I got lemon pepper wings bone in This is why I avoid fast food now. Thought I’d give it a try but shouldn’t have. Sitting on the toilet writing this cuz this is just ridiculous

The bartender was inattentive, chicken was under sauced despite asking for extra. I asked for water drank it and the bartender took the cup without offering more before she left for ten minutes. These smaller BW3 feel anemic. Go to Waxahachie location. Much much better.

I’ve been a Costumer for BWW Years Seems like these past few Months been a Disaster. Sorry to say this. But I’ve been a customer for years. The management has not been involved in the service they provided nvr came out to see how service has been served. Mrs Amanda nvr came out to see how business was running or how the service was. Me as a banquet server for 12 years I know our customers are our priority. Mrs Amanda stayed on her phone not caring if the kitchen had the food out on time. Beside 45min late for cheese sticks. Not called for I hope our food was late like 30or 40min late even tho the venue was no more than 60 ppl. No need for the late ordereds or cold food while ya had a manager on duty.

I came thinking it was going to be a good day with my friend. There was no wait for a table, but when it was time to leave, we ended up waiting almost an hour just to get our check — and the place was practically empty. Our server never even came to check on us the whole time.

The manager did go out of his way to find out if they could get Ufc on a few of the TVs. Awesome job 👏🏾 retaining customers. We were about to leave. Great save!

No lie, best bDubbs EVER! We had a party of 30 and they were able to split the checks.. no reservations. Cam and Q did their THANG!! Food was still hot when served, it came out fast, and they were just so happy being there! Will absolutely be back!
