Im Absolutely baffled with this Burger King experience I had today, I went through the drive through and the customer service was terrible, the lady kept cutting me off and everything that I ordered was wrong. I didn’t even receive my nuggets. And the nerd slushie did not come with nerds and when I mentioned something she said “you have to ask for nerds” which I did. Cedar hill Burger King needs to due better.

The lights are never on and this location always seems to be closed
I ordered my food online at about 11:30 , and paid….. tried. to pick it up at like 11:50 , they said they just threw my food away….. because they close at 12:00 , and they can’t refund my money ……..WTF !!!

Went there after 10:30p.m. on a Friday night, I ordered a big fish with cheese combo with extra onions and no lettuce. and it had taken about 7/8 minutes to get my food. My food was HOT! Pickles on the sandwich wilted and soggy, two very thin circle pieces of purple onion that had shrunk into the bread that sucked up ALL the tartar sauce only to leave the shiny greasy residue of the left over mayo base from the tartar sauce. My fries🍟 were fresh cooked and hot.

I literally watched one of the employees not wear gloves….drop items in the fryer, make a burger, push a trash can, pull out her phone and go back to the fryer without washing her hands and still no gloves. I did not eat my food and I will not return to this location.
