I made the mistake of ordering drive thru after 9pm. As long as I waited in drive thru, i knew everything would be Hot & Fresh,
I was wrong, the fries,were old and cold, the shrimp was like rubber, and the chicken was so old it must have been cooked eight hours prior, I paid $13 to realize when I got home only the fish was hot,
Don’t go here at night, the young staff don’t care what they serve you, Best to go around lunch and make sure

Every time I've taken the time to leave the Austin area and drive 2 hours and get some Captain D's, one of my most favorite memories as a kid, it has failed me. The fish is not Cod, like it was in the 90s when Captain D's was amazing, it's Alaskan pollock and to be honest they're not the same, the owner is clearly cutting corners and should be reported to corporate which don't worry I will do because places where I'm from do not serve this garbage......

Food is generally ok. Portions can be fickle. My issue is SOME of the workers and the part they close the store after 7 in favor for the drive through.
When we asked the atitude of the worker wasnt cordial either. You want me to buy food from someone that talks to me like they are crazy? For me to put the food in my mouth? No thanks. That made me not want to eat here. Its not all the time but it is often enough.

I got food here on 9/4/25. I haven't eaten here in about a year, maybe a little over a year. But within that time, I don't know what they did to their fish but not only did it not taste like catfish but it was so nasty, that it tasted like fish out of a frozen tv dinner. I'm not sure if I'll be back to try again.

Every one lovely, great service, food yummy. BUT…church music was on the pa. I really prefer to eat without feeling like I’m in church. Please change your music to something non-church. Instrumentals, jazz, show tunes. We doubt we’ll be dining in again. Employees as well as diners are OFTEN OF OTHER RELIGIONS. Please be respectful..

I ordered food fish and garlic shrimp and a 2 piece fish First of all they gave us chicken WE DO NOT EAT CHICKEN IT WAS LATE we had already drive home I called and called the phone goes directly to voicemail I have the receipt and a picture of the food Very disappointing we had to go somewhere else to get dinner

Why didn't I just leave the drive thru. Wtf am i sitting in this line for 25 min. There is only 3 cars. Nothing you have takes this long. I'll think twice before coming beck back. It's really unacceptable.
