I ordered food fish and garlic shrimp and a 2 piece fish First of all they gave us chicken WE DO NOT EAT CHICKEN IT WAS LATE we had already drive home I called and called the phone goes directly to voicemail I have the receipt and a picture of the food Very disappointing we had to go somewhere else to get dinner

Why didn't I just leave the drive thru. Wtf am i sitting in this line for 25 min. There is only 3 cars. Nothing you have takes this long. I'll think twice before coming beck back. It's really unacceptable.

When we walked into the establishment, a customer at the counter was asking if the food was in a warmer because no one seemed to be cooking. My husband and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to order. Unfortunately, the customer was right—the food was warmed up and not pleasant. The only good things for us were that the place was clean, and they had a good gospel playlist playing in the lobby.

Senior meal Sunday special is now quite pathetic. Serving portion of fish and fries is so small. Fish and shrimps are over fried. Crumbles are so salty. To top that they charged me for a drink that is part of the promotion. They corrected after I disputed the charge. Back to Mason's and not returning.
This place has made to order food with pretty good service for fast causal seafood

Absolutely disappointing! The baked potato not fully cooked, corns were over cooked. The oil is clearly in need of being changed…. This fish were a dark nasty color. No forks out, no lemon. The soda nozzle came off while using. Floor and tables were dirty. Even after bringing it to their attention, they still put not forks or lemon out. Keep in mind there was only a family of 3 in the lobby when we arrived.

This was the slowest Captain D’s ever!!!!!!!! I waited 15 minutes in the drive through for my food without a single car ahead of me. I looked back and the line had grown, people got tired of waiting & made an exit from the drive thru line. The drive thru server was awesome tho! Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but she is very polite.
