CAME THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU, THEY HAD A CLOWN WHO COULDN'T GET THE ORDER RIGHT FROM THE SPEAKER OR THE WINDOW. TELLS ME THAT MY ORDER WAS $15. LOOKED IN THE BAG AND NOT HALF OF WHAT I ORDERED. SO THIS IDIOT WANTED TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH ME ABOUT MY MONEY. HAT ON TO THE SIDE PACING BACK AND FORTH CLAPPING HIS HANDS LIKE HE REALLY WANTED SOME ACTION. I GOT MY MONEY BACK. HE WON'T GET A DIME OF HIS $10 AN HOUR FROM ME.

Don't think I'd ever been to a Captain D's, I wanted the Giant Spicey fish sandwich combo. I went in and it was really busy , I got my meal with fries and to go. The food was actually ready really fast. It was a really good deal, 8$ for the meal. I got it home and the fish sandwich really was big. I added cheese and it was absolutely amazing, probably the best fast food one I've had before, I liked the fries too. I'll definitely go back.

Food was good, reasonable prices, but the service was TOPS on two visits in the last week. The ladies behind the counter and even one of the cooks in the back were so friendly. In this day and age, when all fast food is about the same, it's great service and a friendly smile that makes me want to return.

I have visited this establishment about 4 times now, trying to give them a chance. On one occasion the fish had a bad smell, I should have called then but didn't. On yesterday I attempted to purchase food, the line wasn't long like it usually is. I am waiting to move forward and time is going by. I paid for my food and still waiting. Employee came to window and explained that someone placed a huge order and asked me to pull forward. I asked her how much longer would it be. Mind you I have been in line for 15 to 20 minutes already, she asked and said no one is answering her. I then asked for a refund and the manager wanted to know why, really! The Employee that waited on me was very polite. I am not sure if I will return to this location again. This was on 2/14/24 around 4:40.

Went to the drive through at 830 pm. Not busy and waited about 15 minutes for my drive thru food. Ridiculous- extremely poor management. First time trying this and probably the last. Disappointing!!

Why on earth is the lobby closed on a Saturday night at 7pm? The girl who worked there is outside and tells us a we're about to go in. We asked her why, it's only 7? Her response... shrug, I don't know. This was our first time to go there. Guess we won't be going back. Wow! We will stick with Duncanville... great service, great food

While some of the items are hit or miss, like the catfish, just tastes like dirty river water or the regular batter dipped fish tends to be dry -- I prefer and highly suggest the cornmeal battered whitefish. It's a whole fillet that's always seasoned perfectly and has a great crunch.

The Food is Good! The Customer Serive is HORRIBLE. My first time trying this place out today 1/28 7p.m that girl with puff puff hairstyle had the worst Customer service. Management need to correct this or you will be loosing business.
