I'm not much of a meat eater, especially hamburgers. But when I had my first Chapps burger, I fell in love. My go to was the huge mushroom Swiss burger. Juicy, delicious and loaded with grilled onions. I did not love the one my husband brought home tonight. It was so dry I could barely swallow it. I thought you had left out my cheese but, after digging around under the meat, I saw a yellowish stain about the size of a quarter slice of cheese. That had to be it. There wasn't a grilled onion in sight. Just lettuce tomato and pickles. Zero onions. There was a small blob of mayo in the middle of it all. The most disappointing Chapps burger ever. Most likely, my last.

Y'all...I was minding my business when my husband and I smelled something good going to another store...we followed our noses to Chapps...we've never heard of them...we decided to go in and split a burger because we had other food. It smelled so good we couldn't resist! When we got home, that burger was gone in less than two minutes lol it was so juicy and seasoned to perfection! Shoot we were mad we didn't just go there instead... we decided to go back on another day but missed out because they were closed....I was bummed... finally got off in time today to make it. I ended up getting food for the kids as well. Honey we devoured our food lol. I didn't even get to take any pictures smh...I got the lettuce burger ans sweet potato fries,my kids got regular burgers with fries...I got my husband the chicken teriyaki burger... everything was so well seasoned and the fries were good and seasoned as well... let's just we will be back and hopefully I'll get you some pictures lol...Oh and all the Staff are AMAZING! Such good customer service!
The inside was very clean. Cashier was not friendly and seemed annoyed to take my order. I ordered my food to go and my order was sitting on the counter and I watched others who ordered after me get their food. My order was completely wrong.
