Charley's Cheesesteaks and wings are located in Walmart in Cedar Hill, TX, serving up various styles of cheesesteaks and flavored chicken wings. We came in on a weekend after picking up some items inside Walmart and needed a quick snack to fulfill our tummys. On the menu, they had different style of cheese steaks ranging from beef or chicken and many options to choose from, such as mushrooms, pickles, and tomatoes. We went ahead and placed our order for the large classic sandwich and a side of fries and a strawberry lemonade. Within 10 minutes, the order was ready, and we were ready to dive in. My first impression when taking the fries out of the brown bag was, " You go to be kidding me!" The portion was so small, and you could probably count every single one inside without having to empty the cup. The sandwich, on the other hand, was pretty impressive and was loaded with beef and melted cheese. I must say the beef was on the dry side, but a little ketchup and A1 steaksauce wouldn't hurt to spruce things up. The bread was nice and soft and had a nice texture when biting into it. The strawberry lemonade was lemonade with a scoop of frozen strawberries inside, and the fries were decent from the given amount I had. There was a condiment bar with a ketchup pump, lawrys seasoning, hotsauce, and A1. Overall, my Charley's experience was mediocre, and with just a few minor touch-ups, I believe this would be a great place for fast food. Inside could use some improvements with cleanliness and the outdated menu board with tape covering up the prices. I mean, after all, this is a franchise, and there should be no excuse for money issues for equipment.

They're very inaccurate when it comes to orders. Twice, seperate days, I had to turn back around and walk in to have them address my order correctly. The most irritating part is that there's no courtesy to you for coming back to have your order corrected. They simply throw away what was wrong rather than letting you keep it and make the correct order. Chikfila can have 3 times as more business and can deliver accurate orders and quality food. Like do better.
