Ordered a 6 oz sirloin, mashed potatoes and corn for pickup. Got there in 5 mins, went home and my steak was something you'd get if I had ordered off the kids menu, it was so small. The steak was cold, potatoes were cold. The potatoes didn't even taste good. The only thing that was warm was the corn. And that's because it was wrapped in foil. I can't believe they charge $16.99 for this crap!

Ordered togo food never received it. Paid in full online and left a tip total was 37.94. I arrived 5 mins after closing after never receiving a text message stating my order was ready. When I arrived there were people still actively drinking at the bar, and other customers. When I asked an employee for my togo order, an older white lady, who I assumed was the manager informed me that it had been thrown away. I saw kitchen staff still actively cooking and several items on the line. During this conversation I saw an employee grab what appeared to be my togo order, but was informed my order was thrown away. I asked could my food be remade as I had already paid for it and was told no the store is closed. When I asked for a refund I was told they would have to take my information and send it to corporate, because that's how all refunds were being handled now. I was extremely confused, because it should have been a simple ordeal to cancel an order I never received. I have never been told this before, but perhaps this is a new policy? At any rate highly disappointed in the level of service I received and the dismissive tone of your employee.

Food is Good most times, staff is very friendly but I don’t understand Togo they should just take it away. To have all to go customers have to come in is ridiculous.

My order was supposed to be ready 6:30 - 6:35. The confirmation said I'd receive a text saying when the order is ready so I can come in and get it. By 6:52, I still had not gotten a text and called. I was told it was ready. I advised that the text said I'd get notification. I was told that if they are busy, they don't always have time to indicate in the system that the order is ready. If the notification is conditional, you should stop giving wrong information to the customer, or make sure that particular restaurant in Cedarhill, TX stops causing poor service. As far the burger, the meat was unseasoned and the serving of mushroom was so small although there is an extra cost.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just got off a 12 hour shift, check hit and I figured I’d treat myself to some takeout. Haven’t had Chilli’s in a while so I decided to order from them. Placed my order online, which forced me to pay a $4 gratuity on top of the $20 plus I paid for my order. The order confirmations sent to me from the site said that my order would be ready between 8:55 - 9pm and that they would text me to come inside for pickup once it was ready. I went to the restaurant at 9:00, no greeter at the to go booth and 2 servers, assuming by how the wear dressed, were obviously off the clock but literally standing in the kitchen with their coats on - unsanitary. I stood there for a moment, no one ever greeted me or acknowledged I was there. I had to walk through the restaurant to find someone to let the kitchen know I was there for my order. This took a few minutes, was handed my food at 9:07p and it was cold, all of it. Not a good feeling to spend $30 including paying for a tip for such bad service and cold food. I started to ask for a manager to let them know my food was cold and to ask for it to be remade but no telling how long that would’ve have taken so I left. Horrible customer service!

Dined in for dinner and food, service and atmosphere were all ok for the most part. I will say the Chipotle tenders were pretty good and my drink was a little strong. If you are not real picky and keep it basic, it will do.
