This location is a rip off. They were barely putting anything on my burrito, when I got to checkout, they charged me $21.70 for a small burrito and an Izzie. Said that I was asking for extra. Took a picture, basically a taco.

The Agua fruit drinks were brought out in buckets without a lid where sneeze and spit can fly into the juice, also I was told there would be a wait of 5 minutes on vegetables even though there was a container full in the to go area right next to them that they had just made for a person who requested before me. I had to ask could they not just get some from 2 ft was like you just did for the person before me. Salsa filled halfway in the cup, and forgot my chips had to ask for them twice. I’m pretty sure there wasn’t even a manager on sight. Corp may want to look into this location.

Don't order double order of meat online because this location will not give it to you. I paid for double chicken on both of my bowls and when I got it there was barely any chicken. It's sad that you gotta stand over people to do the right thing. Never again. Food is too expensive for you all to be shorting folks on food THAT I PAID FOR.

Bad customer service. Ran out of rice, steak, chicken, guacamole and employees seemed “nonchalant” about addressing the food shortage. A lot of playing around by employees. You can clearly tell no one cares about their job here.

I never submit reviews. But, I ordered a bowl. Not only did they forget my chicken but they also forgot my beans. I was disappointed but was just going to eat my rice bowl. BUT THEN my rice was extremely undercooked. Like it was basically crunchy and inedible.
The young ladies working here had a terrible attitude. My 13 year old grandson said while one of them was preparing his food she was extremely rude; slamming the utensils. They should not be working in customer service.
In addition, the rice, beans and chicken was cold. The service was terrible.

My daughter bought me a chipotle bowl today like 45 mins ago and as I grabbed food with the fork there was a long hair in the food. I mean missing food or messed up is bad but a hair in the food is gross and disgusting. They need to wear a hair net or something. So
