The customer service here is consistently poor, with workers being rude and dismissive. I was shocked to find mold in the cheese on my bowl, and even more disappointed that an employee saw it and still served it to me. When I pointed it out, there was no apology—just more attitude when they remade my order. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

I go and purchase the bowl often and I love the food but when it comes to the meat the girls serving the food are kinda stingy and don't give a spoon full and it leaves me asking for an additional half of a spoon full and often paying for extra meat and spending more that I wanted which $5.00 I had one girl tell me that she already put a serving of meat in my bowl 🥣. Not if you gave me half a spoon of meat to begin with. I think it should be a heaping spoon of meat and anything extra is extra
I like when the guys serve. The restaurant was clean and welcoming as always.

Just left slow Chipotle. 1/3/25. Service and workers are slow. Food not fresh. Asked to wait for queso I paid for then Asked to see a receipt after waiting which pissed me off!Get a new crew! This one sucks.

This place is hit and miss with the food. Some days the food is absolutely delicious and fresh, other days, it's absolutely horrible. There's no in between. They are also always running out of food and you have to wait for them to cook more. Also, don't ever order online. Their process is very unorganized and you are likely going to wait upon arrival to get your food. I remember watching seven people go through the line while I was sitting up still waiting on my food. 🙄

The shift on Monday Dec 2 , 2024 @ 6:06pm had no care to work the line took 1 hour and no food was even being made to be waiting young guy at the cashier kept walking off guy cooking kept leaving station terrible experience

no fork soda mechine broken kicked me out of lobby not clean, I worked at subway and we were not aloud to close our lobby you should follow that I suggest. also the girl employye that helped me did not give a fork rushed me, and charged me 20 dollors for a bowl. I will not be coming back and I suggest you dont either save your money and eat anywhere else. the whole staff was completly unprofeinal all girls a hispanic one a african amirican. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!
