Line was super long young man by the name CoCo was in the line And Morrisa or Melissa I think was cashiering no long wait customer service was great ❤️

Got the steak bowl. Steak was flavorless and had a lot of fat on it. Queso blanco was bland and chips were broken after I got charged for them (I thought they came with the side queso, but I guess I was wrong). Disappointed with this place the last few times. They used to be so much better.

Dont ever have enough food on the line, not my first bad experience at this chipotle, decided to hive another chance! … waited 15min to get protein they were out of all meats, out of rice, veggies. After waiting 15min had to get back in line, so decided to just leave!

This is by far the worst location I come to all the time. The service is always so slow, no matter how many times they change faces, and workers are always so rude. Do not come here if you’re in a rush. Thank me later.

i just watched this lady spend 10 minutes trying to wrap a burrito which is holding up the line severely.. maybe properly train your employees before putting them on the line please

Daniel was super sweet as well as the young man preparing my bowl (wish I would’ve gotten his name). Close to ending time and they still showed me so much gratitude. Best chipotle I’ve ever been to!

This has been by far the dirtiest Chipotle I have been to. My go to restaurant is Chipotle I drive around and measure (my personal business) and I always go to Chipotle if I haven't had lunch. And this is my first time here and floors the counter by the food Al nasty and dirty. All young employees don't clean. The restroom toilet rim black you cna see it from the entrance door but not noticeable once in front of the toilet. All the tables dirty. Ended up. Eating in the car with my mom.

I used the app & ordered ahead.
The staff was incredibly nice.

I waited a little longer than the time quoted. That’s not an issue. As I waited & watched; the whole staff looked very stressed out. The floor wasn’t with a long line. Prep was moving.
Down side is my chips were stale & all the teas needed to be restocked.
The store was clean & people are doing their jobs. I do think they need a little more support.

They didn’t even know how to wrap up a burrito, i would understand if it was a big order but i got a basic burrito and it was everywhere in the bag and ripped apart

Please find a way to secure the food so there is no cross contamination. There should not be salsa in the sour cream or corn in the salsa. Find new containers to prevent someone possibly have an allergic reaction

I watched 5 men order before me and the servers were squeezing the lid on their bowls. I order double meat salad and still wasn’t anywhere near as full. Don’t do that ish!!! Women are paying the same price men do!!!!

The lady checking the food temperatures on 9/17/25 had the recapture tool and her hand in every single box with NO GLOVE and a dirty rag hanging from the other hand . All the line workers are wearing gloves , why wouldnt you be? Her whole hand just digging and holding it in there with no protection! Nasty!!

I go to this location all the time so I was a bit surprised that I had to get online and give a one star review. I ordered the chicken bowl and the chicken tasted very spoiled. I tried to call them and I kept getting a recording message not transferring me to a manager. I just spent $33 at this store. My daughter said she didn’t taste the spoiled chicken in her burrito, but in my bowl that chicken was definitely spoiled. I am so disappointed that I just wasted my money.
