Everytime I go in this location, whether it be to pick up a door dash order or get myself some food they are always very friendly and attentive and very quick, even if there is a line it moves fast

I placed an order online to be delivered. Received the delivery with my name on the outside of the bag. Inside the bag is a much smaller order was with someone else’s name. I go into the location myself, stood at the counter, no one acknowledge’s me. I just smiled and waited with the bag in hand. Everyone (the workers) just kept walking past me. The service is extra slow and there is no crowd. I attempt to tell the person I received the wrong order and she points down to the opposite side. I go to the opposite side and start to tell the cashier about my order and another person comes up and reaches their hand out. Doesn’t say a word. Cashier doesn’t say a word either. The other person Stands there with hand out. I politely hand my bag to the person with their hand out and she grabs it, looks at it, then she proceeds to make the order. Once she’s done, still no word. Slams the bag in my hand and walks off without a word. A hot mess! Terrible customer service and bad attitudes. Do not go to this location!

Who is in charge of this place? Looks like no one. I went in around 6:30pm and there was a long line but that’s pretty normal for the time of day or so I thought. The line wasn’t moving until I realized that it was because they were out of meats and black beans. My 4 bowls got like 10 beans! The lady preparing the beans was extremely loud it sounded like she had a microphone! The visit was so unpleasant. The place was dirty, didn’t have items available and just not welcoming. They need to get it together.

Horrible horrible horrible all the way around ordered online still had to wait in line. Server was rude had people skipping the line her not paying attention to who was first socializing instead of working if you don’t have the time do not order online from this place. Crazy part is this is the first one I’ve seen that had the worst service most of them are very organized and service is amazing. They clearly need help and retraining

This particular location has the potential to be as good as those up north (In more diverse cities)… for some crazy reason, this location has ZERO pride in the job! Dirty tables, dirty floor, DIRTY FOOD AREA and not being rude.. dirty people! I actually left and did not get my food due to the filth….and poor customer service…it all made me NOT WANT TO EAT FOOD FROM THERE ?

I gave this location chance after chance but today was the day I had to do a bad review. Typically the line is out the door or close to it at any given time. But today I believed the burrito gods were on my side due to only 3 people in front of me. Literally I noticed the line wasn’t moving. They ran out of chicken, fajitas, white rice and I was told the wait would be 45 minutes. Cmon yall had about 7 people in the front working. How sway? How? I deserve free burritos for the remainder of the year for all the countless times yall missed the mark.How you run out of chicken white rice and fajita at the same time?
