I was craving pizza and Caesars is out of my way, and Domino's always,always burns them, so I ordered online after my hair appointment. I've never ordered from but I was starving! I ordered medium supreme. Cost was under 10.99. It was delicious and I loved it!!! Very fresh veggies, the toppings were perfect amount, it looked like a TV commercial, not kidding. 3 other separate people came in to pick theirs up, so I'm not the only one that made a very smart move!

1st time doing to go from this location and will definitely be the last time...they didn't put the jalapeños on the pizza that I paid extra for so I told them and instead of recooking the whole pizza the just put the jalapeños on top and gave me back a cold pizza.

Still allowing guests to come in when the place already has no seats is wild. And the woman at the front was rude and it was barely any food in the buffet and the few empty tables were dirty

I had a horrible experience at this location last night. First it took 15 mins for them to give us our drink cups. Every drink in the machine was out. There was no ice available. No napkins in the dispensers. The tables were dirty. There was no food on the line. There was a 15 minute wait on pizzas. The manager was rude and constantly rolled her eyes at everyone. She was rude to the customers as well as her employees. The customer service was not up to par. I was disappointed & dissatisfied. By far the worst Cicis I have been to. I will never return to this location again. 0/10 I do not recommend.

Not the cleanest , food was good and fresh but floors and bathroom were sticky . All tables were sticky and it wasn’t even busy. I pushed the women’s bathroom door and the paint or something black stuck to my hand. Whole building needs a big deep clean.

At 9:15 pm, I impulsively turned right in the parking lot. They were closing at 10 pm and would stop putting out newly cooked food at 9:30 pm. I looked for slices of a sausage pizza and finding none, they gladly offered to cook a single, personal-sized, sausage pizza in spite of the late hour. I loaded up my plate with everything else, knowing that they would soon be cleaning up and removing items. I just wish that they had an ice cream cone maker as part of the buffet. Great food at a great price, topped off with great service!

2 stars because the pizza wasn't bad. But the bald black unc that's always at the cash register always has a bad attitude problem with people. Every time I've gone he's always bitter and has an attitude towards everyone and he's been reported lots of times but they don't care. Bro acts like cicis is the army or sum. Plus the place is always dirty inside and falling apart ESPECIALLY the dining area and the BATHROOMS. you get what you pay for at this place. Honestly just go to the one in LANCASTER or waxahachie. You know it's bad when even LANCASTER has better service than cedar hill lol
