Asked for the Ceasars salad, it came.wirh italian dressing? The fries were luke warm, like they had been sitting out. The chicken fried steak was good. I normally only eat breakfast here, breakfast is fantastic, this is the first time I have had lunch, will need to really thing about it, before I do lunch again.
Dick’s Uptown Café is a well-oiled breakfast machine. Parking is conveniently located right outside the entrance, which is a huge plus. It’s often packed, but the staff clearly has the flow down—the wait is always reasonable and moves quickly. Inside is a good-ol southern kitchen style. This was my first time at this location. It was very cozy. Reminded me of home. The service was great. From the time we sat down the waitress was very attentive and our food came out and boy do they serve you enough food? I had the spinach omelette and the hash browns with the English muffin and everything was good. I would definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Dallas. I didn't get to take any pictures because I had just flew in and I was hungry.
