If I could give zero (0) stars I would. This is the worst place ever. The way the made this pizze and had the nerve to send it out, was horrible! They wouldn't take a pizza home like this to their family so what makes them think it's okay to give to a customer.

I made order over the phone. Get to the restaurant order was all wrong.i had to wait almost 20/30 more minutes.I was over charged until i said something still was short of dollar the lady couldn’t open the cash register another employee had to wiggle it until it opened. No employee in there that was making food had on any gloves. Customer service very horrible.

I ordered 2 large pizzas online on the app it said my pizza was done at 7:49pm I called them at 8:24pm to see when it will be delivered the lady told me it would be a 20 minutes wait it was three ppl ahead of me and I was told my pizza would be remade but at 9:11pm my kids n I received two cold pizzas after paying $40 is very sad!!

Wow! This place deserves much higher reviews, given my experience tonight. Xavier and Thompson and their female counterpart (did not catch her name) were on point in terms of friendliness, sense of service, and simple good-naturedness.
Due to unforeseen traffic emergency, I was super late to pick up my order. Without me even thinking to ask, XAVIER offered to remake the order so it would be hot and fresh. It blew me away at the level of customer service, genuine kindness, and notable pride he demonstrated.
Thompson was also very helpful and courteous, showing an upbeat & poised demeanor, despite the interruption of my remake. What a mature and professional group!
These team members exemplify why Domino's is my go-to pizza place. But let it be known that I will gladly make the trip from my home in Grand Prairie to this particular location just to order from this standout crew. Way to go guys, thanks for showing true regard & care, not just for customers, but for other people in general.
For what it's worth, I want you to know that what you do is more than merely make pizza, but you're also making a real impression and impact, just through those simple gestures of kindness. And I know that sounds cheesy, but pizza is meant to be just that!
Got 3 pizzas delivered at home, this pizzas were cold and whoever made them, did a terrible job. Crust was oversized and couldn’t find cheese on the pizza. Worst experience and worst food. Delivery girl was ok, little bit slow, spend more time in the car at the phone than getting pizzas delivered on time. It’s a no go for me.
