I HATE this location. There's always something wrong with the online system or they simply just turn it off. They're always understaffed likely because they don't poo at much money. The attitude of all employees is terrible. Then trying to remedy issues with corporate is futile. St this point, just close your doors

I had a pick up order and when I picked it up it was cold even sitting in the warmer it was still cold. I tried calling this store countless amounts of times and never could get anyone to answer the phone. The cinnamon bread had more butter than cinnamon on it.

This was a really disappointing experience at a time when it mattered most. I ordered one pepperoni pizza and another half-pepperoni, half-cheese—both square cut and light sauce. Neither was square cut, both had regular sauce, and the presentation was poor. There was also a long wait, and we even started wondering if we’d ordered from the wrong location.

What made it worse was that this order was for a surprise birthday party for a little girl who’ll only turn nine once. The kids didn’t even finish the pizza because of the quality. I took a chance on this store because I believe in second chances—but as the saying goes, “Fool me twice, shame on me.”

I do believe this location can improve, but it’ll take honest, constructive feedback and attention to detail to turn things around in a positive way.

This place has to be a joke. I spent 30$ just to get the wrong order. I’m livid. Then I try calling no one answer the phone. It’s a lot 5-6 ppl at work, the musics extremely loud they using profanity while customer are in there. This is just terrible. I don’t even know what kind of pizza this is, non of the toppings I ask for. I’m so pist yet no one answers the phone. DONT GO HERE AGAIN SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT GO HERE!!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!!

Seriously cannot deal with this place. I ordered and it took 2 hours to get to me. They then sent me a free pizza coupon. I decided to try it again 6 months later & again am waiting 90 plus minutes so far. Tracker says my pizza came out of the oven 30 mins ago, So again will be cold and gross when it gets here. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone to even cancel or know what’s happening.

This is the second time that I've gotten that phenomenal deal for the large pizza with 7 items for $9.99.
The pizzas tasted great and I received great service!

There’s a reason why this place has 3 stars. No accountability, no sense if urgency, nothing. The people I speak with on the phone don’t sound young so I can’t blame it on inexperience. Corporate needs to do better on customer service.
If I would’ve known a delivery was going to take an hour and a half to deliver instead of the forty minutes I was quoted “due to football being on”, I would’ve picked it up.
If the second person I spoke with after an hour of waiting would’ve said it would be another thirty minutes instead of 10-15 that he said, I would’ve gone and picked it up.
This third time I spoke with someone after waiting she’s saying another 10 minutes as if it was normal, isn’t sitting well with me.
Honesty goes a long way.
So now I’m at an hour and thirty minutes later
No pizza

So, I’m writing this review to give kudos to the manager, Arthur. I, MYSELF, made a mistake and ordered the wrong crust for my pizza. But without hesitation, he said he would make me another with the crust that I wanted! I did not ask for this, he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied! Not only did he do that, he allowed me to keep the original order! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! A++

I understand if you are short staffed, especially on a weekend, your wait times will increase.
I used the Dominos App and it said there was 13-18 minute wait for pickup. Ok great. That ended up turning into a one hour wait.

We arrived a minute or so before the supposed wait, and ended up waiting another 35 minutes. If the wait times on the app were accurate I would not have placed the order. So either 1 of 2 things must be true.
Dominos is knowing lying to the customers and underestimating waits to make money. Or Dominos is incompetent and can’t adjust their wait times on the app. Very disappointed.

You want people to pay your drivers a livable wage then make sure we are satisfied with our order. The PICTURE of the Buffalo wings are COVERED WET WINGS , why are yall real wings always under cooked with a splash of flavor if I wanted plain wings I would’ve ordered plain wings
