So, I’m writing this review to give kudos to the manager, Arthur. I, MYSELF, made a mistake and ordered the wrong crust for my pizza. But without hesitation, he said he would make me another with the crust that I wanted! I did not ask for this, he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied! Not only did he do that, he allowed me to keep the original order! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! A++
I didn't get the guy's name that brought my order to me. I appreciate your honesty. You just didn't let me walk out with my order. A mistake was made, small mistake, but he advised me of it and demonstrated to me where the mistake was done which I was OK with, this demonstrated to me he was willing to make it right, but again it was small. Pizza was amazing, I will say better than both Duncanville locations.
Wow! This place deserves much higher reviews, given my experience tonight. Xavier and Thompson and their female counterpart (did not catch her name) were on point in terms of friendliness, sense of service, and simple good-naturedness.
