Can I just say.. my baristas at Dutch Bros are better than your baristas at Starbucks.. This specific Dutch Bros in Cedar Hill are hands down the BEST. From drive up times, pre-order, quality of drinks, and customer service, there’s nothing that compares to them! Big thanks to the team for making my bad dogs pup cups and providing me with the best drinks and friendly service! We love you!

Coffee is good but it’s not at all worth the time you’ll wait to get it. I ordered ahead on the app and still waited for 20+ minutes for my order. They have 2 drive thru lanes and only 1 person taking orders. This place is not worth the wait!

First time to visit ever. Two lanes, so I'm thinking it'll be like Chick-fil-A. Nope. Like seven billboards but couldn't figure out how to order. Both lanes them converged to one, effectively negating the purpose of having two lanes. Finally someone came out and took our order manually. The server closest to the window, when she turned her head, her braids were rubbing back and forth on the drain rack and upside down measuring cups. Felt like it was two tires short of being a snowcone stand.

Had my first try about a year ago I tried the strawberry horchata, it was a little too sweet for my liking, but my husband loves this place and we come by from time to time. Customer service is pleasant they greet you and they make good combinations, they have kid friendly drinks.

I love Dutch bros don’t get me wrong but this location always has attitude and then gives out the wrong info I asked Saturday when they going to do the dog bandannas for Monday and I was told all day took my dog before before noon and when I got there told they weren’t doing it till 5 I told the ladies I asked Saturday and they told me all day one of the ladies had an attitude and was like this location yes this location asks is there anyway I could still get one no I my manager has to get them wasn’t try to be understanding to the fact I was given the wrong info and it was my fault I will no longer go to this location
