Walked in, there was smoke in the air and before I could ask for the mobile order I had placed the employee yelled and said nothing would be ready until 30 minutes passed. I asked about my order again, and another employee said the proteins were done but the bread would have to not be toasted, I understood and said it was okay but then another employee told me to just cancel the order. All employees yelled out and were incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful- incredibly poor customer service. I’m not surprised the restaurant was empty.
I would have asked for a managers number but I don’t think they could have handled the task since answering simple questions about a food order was so difficult for them to do. My order was also poorly made and incorrect

I just left your establishment. Five young Men were staffed. However, not many working. I ordered a New York steamer took me literally 30 minutes to get it, and when I asked about it, young man just made the sandwich and put it up on the put it up on the counter. They could use a dose of manners, professionalism, and expediency.Food - New York Steamer, made very raggedy. This used to be my favorite sandwich until visiting this store. Every other place I’ve went. They made their food with pride and was proud to serve it. That was another thing didn’t nobody seem happy to do their job but one young man he had braids locks. I assumed he was the shift lead. He did not make my sandwich. Another young man did and he wasn’t that happy.

I ordered food to be served in the restaurant. I asked for my food to be dine-in. When I received my food it was handed to me in a box. I opened my sandwich and poured sauce on it. When I looked at it closely it was filled with onions. I took it back to the manager I stated I asked for no onions; he proceeded to dig through my sandwich to remove the onions and handed it back. I said that wasn't acceptable and gave the whole meal back. He then give me money for the sandwich and not the whole meal. I would love to speak to the general manager or owner of the Cedar Hill store.

The employees attitudes are horrible! Customer service definitely lacking… was going to order but changed my mind.. I’ll go to another one in another area… * This is what folks are talking about when they say (we/us) have the worst attitudes/customer service while conducting business! That’s why we take our money elsewhere. Do better

My order was correct and delicious! I had some minor customizations and so happy they were actually done. It seems most restaurants around here just ignore any special requests even if it's just simple ones. It really makes a difference to the enjoyment of the meal.

Stopped by today afternoon for the first time looking for a quality sandwich. The restaurant was clearly in the middle of a rush. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was genuinely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. To top it off the staff was friendly, attentive, and worked fast while still serving quality food. The restaurant counters, tables, and floors were all clean and all product was fully stocked. $15 dollars total for a medium sub, chips, pickle, and a drink is a pretty great deal. Moving forward this is my go to go subs! Thanks to the crew for all the hard work.

I’m really disappointed with this location. I ordered two subs — one bacon ranch (missing the bacon again) and a turkey sub with added olives and mustard (neither were included). This is the third time I’ve had an issue here, and it’s always something missing from my order, especially the bacon that’s supposed to come standard. I called to give feedback, but the manager on duty wasn’t helpful. This location was convenient, but I’ll be driving to the Red Oak store from now on where my orders are done right.

Good afternoon. I ordered a tray for a job meeting and they did not put any condiments in the tray also they did not want to give Pickle spears with the tray and when I asked for them they only gave me three for a whole tray, now i just want them to be aware of the mistake they made because this was for a company and because of the mistake we may not order from them again.

Friendly but slow service, they forgot the gravy to the Thanksgiving sub and charged me for it. They didn’t add the cranberry sauce and could barely even see any turkey in my sandwich. Mostly just a stuffing sandwich.

Ordered a meal using my points on Tuesday. 10--21-25. It requires you to make a purchase to redeem. Ordered a brownie
I had to remind them to put my brownie in the bag only to find out later that they gave me an expired brownie. It says 10-12-25 on it. I mean this thing is they ock hard. Did a survey for the company and let them know what's going on because no one answers the phone there so I can't speak with a manger. Received a response that basically said we're sorry this happened but thank you for your business. Um, so about my item that I paid for? No response. Restaurant location? Still nothing. And this isn't my first issue with this location. They often can't take online orders and are slow a molasses with preparing your food.

They have three employees. One was there before me, and another arrived after me. My order once took over 25 minutes. It seems their staffing isn't well managed, as there's no clear coordination among employees.
