I went in and ordered my food, and I was told after paying they didn’t have gluten free rolls. They offered to make me a salad and when I got it there was no kind of dressing. Just lettuce, deli meat, and tomato. My husband’s sandwich also wasn’t toasted. There were four people behind the counter and no food was coming out. I’m not sure what was going on here. My husband got food a few days before and said everything was fine. I’m not sure what was happening tonight, I was just extremely disappointed.

Just wanted to say thank you to the young men who were working on Saturday, April 6th. They know what they did and I was so appreciative.There were several very chaotic customers ordering while I was there, so it would have been easy for them to have made a different choice out of frustration.

First timer here and my sandwich was just put together I wasn’t ask how I wanted or anything customer service was mid and everything was dirty around the common area such as cup tops and countertops and needed to be refilled before customers arrived the cashier wasn’t very friendly and the drink fountain needs to be clean asap and before you fix a sandwich it’s common courtesy to ask how do you want your sandwich prepared.

I love fhs but this is the worst place I’ve ever been. the meat was cold half of the sandwich didn’t have meat and the works made it a very unpleasant trip thanks cedar hill won’t be back there.

The quality of this location has gone down. The employees have no sense of urgency. Seriously. It took 30 min to get my order. The lobby was dirty. The person who took my order was very rude. I will not be coming back to this location.

Not sure about this firehouse anymore. Every visit is less and less bearable.Ordered a sub only to receive it with cold meats. Any other firehouse has always been warm. Poor atmosphere as well. Don't think I'll be back to this location again.

When they finally called my name i noticed it was only 1side of ranch in the bag. I let the young man know it was supposed to be 2 side of ranch because both the sandwiches were supposed to be dry . He was very kind and did apologize for making them incorrectly and offered to make them again but I didn’t have it in me to wait another 20 mins

I went 2/3/24 and the sandwich was drenched in mayo..something I told them I didn't want instead I asked for honey mustard and jalapeños extra something I didn't get. I ordered 2 side salads with ranch and Italian dressing 2 things I didn't get, I ordered a kids meal meatball sub with chips I didn't get the chips..like what tha hell never again...meatball sub was dry and flavorless.. IT TASTED LIKE AN ON-COR TV DINNER MEATBALL SANDWICH, the Hook and ladder lacked the meats aww man I was so disappointed.. I should've went too jasons deli instead. $45 just gone
