Delicious.
I had recently went here to celebrate my birthday and the customer service and food were great. Nice staff, nice customers, and delicious food make it a simplistic laid back experience.

Try the double cheeseburger. You won't regret it.

Next time I go there, I'll try their milkshakes!

Really bad service, workers are very slow, I put my order online to pick at 7:00 pm was 7:35 wasn't ready yet. When finally got my order it was wrong. Fries ver y salty. A lot of people waiting and others complaining about their orders.

I don’t want to throw everyone under the bus, but some of their employees are absolutely horrible. We ordered take out and they gave us the wrong order so we had to come back and get the right one. They refused to help us and were snarky, unmotivated, and looked like they would rather be dead than talking to the customers. Hope management takes care of this issue because these types of employees ruin businesses.

Ordered Bacon Cheese Burger and got no bacon in it. Left a nice tips at the register. Defeat the purpose of a bacon cheese burger. What a mistake for a $20.00 meal

Haley hung up the phone in the middle of me trying to get a mistake rectified that the store made. I then had to call her back and she didn’t apologize. She says I have to drive back up there to get my order or refund AGAIN, even after ordering online. I don’t even like five guys this much to be dealing with nonsense customer service like this. Haley needs to go back to training or the grill. She’s too unprofessional to hold the position she does.

Came in to the Store at 9pm. O. Tues 7/16
Order a lilttle bacon buger, all the way. And the buger maker trued to give me my fiood with my condiments on the side in a container. As if i wanted to go home and make my food there. Thanks for tge young lady on site. I can only imagine what they do when they in a rush. SMH !!!

Very nice staff, they always speak when you enter the establishment. Clean environment and countertops. The Bacon Cheeseburger on my last visit was absolutely delicious, and made exactly how I like it! Great location in Cedar Hill.

The food was okay, problem is that they got my order wrong after i repeated it four times. They did this last time as well. If you come here, be sure to go over the screen multiple times to ensure its correct.
