I love five guys but I was so disappointed this visit I got a little burger & Cajun fry. The burger bun was all wet so every bite was wet bread & meat very disappointingš¤¢ The french frys is what I love the most their known for giving so much extra french frys in the bag & cup I didn't have any French frys in the bag just in the cup which was a disappointment because that's my favorite part! I ended up throwing my burger away so sad because I really wanted five guys today š

So, my husband and I have been eating here for a long time and every time we have gone in or have gotten Takeout. So, tonight went and got some burgers and fries the burger was really good but let me tell you I don't think I will ever order there fries again, there were cold every time we have dined in or take out fries are always cold and nasty.

After the type of day I had, all I wanted was a little cheeseburger fresh from the grill. I wasnāt prepared to be treated with such beautiful service. The manager (Antonio R.) greeted me as if we were related, he had such an inviting smile warming attitude and took care of my order with patience.

Iāve had Five Guys all over the country during my travels, but Iāve never been greeted, or treated, with such genuine kindness as I was at this one. The food (Cajun and regular fries with drinks) was, of course, amazing as always, but it was the staff that made the whole place feel so warm and full of good vibes.
My husband and I stopped in for a quick Saturday lunch break while running errands, but the way the staff treated us made it feel like weād just hit the jackpot. I actually kept track because I was so surprised (in the best way) by how genuine they were. One gentleman behind the counter didnāt just give the usual āheyā when people walked in; instead, he asked how their day was, really listened, and then sent them off with the same care when they left.
To keep it simple: āØ the vibes matched the fries: absolutely unbeatable. 100/10. āØ
My burgers were burnt & shakes were like water. Wonāt be back. Place needs a manager that can see the terrible food going out the door.

I have to get the car detailed now! Just look at the videos and see for yourself! Management please have a talk with this crew! I drove 40 mins to have this kind of result! Update!
