Our family recently ordered lots of cupcakes (regular and gluten free) plus a large gluten free cake. The regular cupcakes were very popular. The gluten free cupcakes were very popular. The gluten free cake (red velvet) was the worst we've ever had (and we buy lots of GF cakes). We knew something was wrong when my sister had a hard time cutting it.
So we would highly recommend all of the other items - but if you want a cake, head down the way to Sugar Bee Sweets bakery. Or just get more GF cupcakes.
Girl did not want to be there and made it clear. Cupcake frosting was decent but the Oreo cupcake itself was not good

This had to be the most unpleasant array of cupcakes I've eaten in my life. 2 stars is generous but im hoping my experience is a one off. I had the chocolate chip, strawberry, and carrot cake and they were as dry as sandpaper. Actual, not metaphorical sandpaper. I had to use a fork to eat the chocolate chip one as my spoon could NOT cut through it. Usually, I would care little about spending $15 but I will forever regret this purchase.

Really bad experience i walk in my cloth and self was after work so I was dirty the lady in the front look at me and treated me like if I couldn't afford i was with my 4yr old boy he has always point out he wants cup cake but when we pass it's close and I get off work very late so that day we pass and I noticed a big difference because a couple of lady's walk in very good dress and she smile and was very nice and all with them i have never been treated like that it was very bad service and the cup cakes tasted weird not fresh she when to the kitchen and got them I'm not why but just very bad service.

Called to order cupcakes for my mothers 78th birthday celebration.Rep that picked up the phone was very unpleasant,unprofessional and not knowledgeable about assisting in what was repeated asked.The rep advised that I speak to the manager Ms.Leslie to no avail by the rep on ignorant behavior.I enjoy Gigi cupcakes but will not support any longer due to the non attentive behavior that was given to the customer.The request was clearly made and respectful made and was still treated with the utmost disregard.I advise to any serious consumer to take your business else where like our family did.

I ordered mini-cupcakes and macaroons for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. They were excellent! We had to travel with them and the staff went out of their way to keep them refrigerated and packed nicely so they traveled without any problems. I will definitely use again.

We stopped by here about 2 years ago on date night with my husband and I really liked the cupcakes, they were moist, not overly sweet. Definitely give them a try! Customer service was good. Clean place, it was evening time, quiet, not too busy.

The Cupcakes The red velvet was tied with the salted caramel. Moist bottom and excellent icing flavor. The Oreo and the Chocolate Chip bottom tasted as if it was defrosted and a bit old with a moist level rating of 5/10. The toppings on both of those were delicious though.
Atmosphere / Service When we went into the store it was dark and appeared to be closed. The decorations were nice though. The representative was not initially there, but came right out and was kind to assist us.
Parking: In shopping center sharing parking lot with Jason’s Deli
