The prices have went up significantly or maybe I was quote wrong… called recently for 15 mini cupcakes. I was told by the rep in phone it’s be $32…. That was a bit much for a preschool birthday celebration! In the past, we’ve enjoyed the sweet little treats.

I've passed by a lot on my way to Hillside and I decided to stop in. When I entered I wasn't greeted. When I walked up the girl behind the counter just stared at me. I said hi and told her it was my first time in and again, she just stared at me. I asked what she recommended and again blank stare. The cupcakes I got were good but based on the HORRIBLE customer service it was my first and last visit. 2 stars for my cupcakes being decent but customer service goes a longggggg way.

For the price I paid for my cupcakes I got the worst customer service the lady didn’t know what’s in the cupcakes this my second time coming and experiencing bad service I love the cupcakes but for the price I paid I should get the best customer service and the employees should be happy instead of having an attitude then the bathroom had blood on the toilet

I purchased four cupcakes and they were extremely hard. I'm very disappointed about this because I thought that the cupcakes were made fresh daily.

Cupcakes were hard today. Purchased a birthday cake for my son and all he eats is the icing but the cake part was very hard. Never experienced this before and I hope it was just a fluke but your cupcakes are too expensive to be as hard as it was!

Ordered a large order of mini cupcakes and Christmas cookies for a late catering event of 1200 people...absolute hit and loved by all...wonderful, caring service throughout the ordering experience...and capped by the wonderful taste of the final products...will definitely be back.

I’ve passed this place for years, and finally decided to stop. Very quaint little cupcake spot, colorful, and fun looking. Great lighting, and cupcakes were on display very nicely. I must admit, the staff wasn’t the friendliest. They also lacked gloves, hair nets, and hand washing while handling the cupcakes. Great selection of various flavored cupcakes, with plenty of icing on top. I felt they were a bit overpriced; we bought 5 items for $25.00. The cupcakes were one step above homemade Duncan Hines, the icing was more gourmet tasting, very rich and sweet. If I ever go back, it would be because all my other favorite bakeries are closed. I would like to try a different location and see if the experience is better.

I was so happy to see that Gigi’s had gluten free cupcakes! Staff could have been a bit friendlier. I had to speak to staff member twice before she spoke back. The place was clean and I will be returning!

First time trying this cake shop. The staff was friendly. The shop was clean. The cupcakes came in a nice little box. We ordered the Lemon Crumble, Miss Unicorn, and Strawberry Shortcake. The family enjoyed the tasty and moist cupcakes. The only complaint is the icing...it is a lot. Also, I did not care too much about the sugar sprinkles. Overall, it's a nice place to take the kids on a fun day out or after dinner for a nice dessert. Very affordable and has lots of fun favors to try!
