So my experience with the customer service for one with the person taking my order was trash the girl that was taking my order had an attitude the entire time this was today On September 21 between the afternoon and evening which was I was trying to get some food for my family and trying to get my wife to decide what she wanted to eat the The girl who took my order, was trying to rush me and had an attitude, and after I completed my order, she yelled out the word Jesus God dog. I don’t know what y’all Training them, but something got to be done I didn’t even look at the reviews until now and after seeing the reviews about the customer service, it makes sense. I feel bad for the manager that has to manage that crew. If you are not welcoming don’t take orders go clean the tables go help out in the back with the cooking, but clearly take order is not your thing the food I have no problem with and I can tell the manager was nice and I know who the manager was just by her distinguishing shirt and she actually looked embarrassed. Also, when I was getting my drinks and I made eye contact with the girl that took my order She had an attitude and looked at me as in I was in the wrong for even ordering food there and this after the driving an hour To come see family and they recommended this place so again food was good the manager she was nice but wherever that is, y’all need to take that little girl and find her something else to do because her customer service skills are absolute trash if she does not Want to work in a customer service environment? She needs to find something else. Her character was unacceptable she had no reason to be rude to anyone so maybe y’all can give her a coaching and help her out because honestly. it will be a shame for people to order their food and then drive out that line because they don’t wanna deal with her which I see is potentially losing money over product that is being ordered and not served because nobody wants to deal with a person like that so I think I need a Coach her up and help her get it right

I visited the Cedar Hill Golden Chick on 8/30 at 1:59pm ! I kept my ticket to provide details to give credit to the crew of 2 for that date and time. Host shown as London 19. I had fish and okra to go. Both were prepared perfect and tasted great ! The server provided great customer service as well ! She had a pleasant and great customer service attitude. She also prepared my take out order neatly. Bottom line I had great food and service on my visit and will be back ! I will be looking for these two when I return for sure ! Given other reviews maybe they could be examples for other crew members ???

Not the first time I have visited this location and received bad service so I took a break from patronizing the business. After about 6 months I decided to give it another try. They are very proud of their chicken because the price reflects it. Today I ordered 3 piece spicy combo with mash and gravy. For my order home and my tenders were SO DRIED out they were crumbling when I tried to pull them apart. The mashed potatoes were supposed to have gravy but had been in the warmer since opening that when they gave them to me at 2:30 the gravy was dried up. I took a picture of the meal and then went in to speak to a manager only to be brushed off and told to bring a receipt as proof I had purchased it. Hell my bank account was proof enough that I had made the purchase. Horrible customer service in my opinion what would it have hurt to replace the meal it was only 3 tenders.

They are terrible here. I put an order in early and went to pick it up. Not only was it wrong but it wasn’t even ready. Some of their workers were next door messing with the other establishments. It was so unorganized and the service was terrible. I’m not eating here again no more.
NOT GOING BACK TO THIS DUMP !!! Order missing items. Chicken was dry. Ordered gravy, but guess what, employee too lazy to put gravy in the bag, along with the sides. Seems like the employees could give a rat's behind. Lazy employees don't make sure orders are complete. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IN CEDAR HILL. Save yourself from all the headaches and go somewhere else. Cedar Hill has lots of chicken places that have much better service. You will not get all the items that you spent your hard working money on.
If you're the owner or manager of this place, do yourself a favor and get employees that know how to fill complete orders and not do things half way and lazy. You will lose money to these many other chicken places around town. I'm not going back to any Golden Chick. It was my favorite place, BUT NOT ANY MORE !!!
