Harold’s Chicken Dallas

Ceder Hill location while I was in town, my first visit real life hands down feel like all 10 out 10 all are doing keep rocking great atmosphere love the layouts check them out and return. I had a six piece delicious wing dinner with fries. The signature sauce was great.

This place is overpriced. $15 for a 4 piece dinner with no drink. Popeyes chicken tastes a lot better and the mild sauce just tastes like straight ketchup. They also stick the bread at the bottom of the plate which sticks to the plate and becomes inedible. Lastly, the coleslaw is in a container the size of a sample. I wanted to try this place at least once to see what the hype was but I was extremely disappointed.

Coming from Chicago I was excited to try the Harold’s location in Cedar Hill and I’m sad to say it’s NOTHING like the Harold’s in Chicago! The atmosphere and the restaurant looked great but the wings were dry and had VERY little sauce on them and the fries were cold. I don’t know if the owners are from Chicago or not but you’d think they never had Harold’s at any Chicago location before. It was WAY too pricey to be that garbage. Embarrassing!

I loved the chicken last time I had it best chicken in Cedar Hill as far as I’m concerned! I definitely recommend Harold’s Chicken!

Came in today around 3:00 , ordered my food but the cashier woman which whom had braids was very rude , me and my friend came in and ask to eat inside and she specifically told us " yall have to leave " , poor customer service (two guys and we ordered the tender basket) , more training is well needed for that employee .

I actually ordered 2 of the dark meat combos with fries and coleslaw on Uber Eats. I did not receive any coleslaw for either meal.

The food looked fine. The fries and chicken taste decent enough for the price.

My issue came at around 2:30am the next morning. Mind you I ate the chicken aroud 7:30pm the previous night.

I got food poisoning. I won't be ordering here again.

Being a black business owner it just really upsets me when other black business owners are rude, and not appreciative. The lady yelled across the restaurant to let us know the booth we were sitting in was for dine in customers the wrong place for to go order customers to sit and GET THIS the place was completely empty. Here’s some advice put up a sign letting people know where you want them to sit. Nothing spectacular about the food at this place chicken is chicken and you can get better taste, better price and better service everywhere else. It’s a shame the restaurant is beautiful inside and would probably be great space to host certain events. But after spending over $60 which is the norm for me having a large family, I’ll never be back and I’ll encourage others to not go either. Y’all better check y’all’s self, lady that attitude won’t get you far round these parts, get on back up to Chicago with all that aggressive energy you got. They don’t even thank you for your business.

This was a place my mom told me about and my friend and I wanted to check it out! We came in and automatically loved the place, the vibes were good it wasn't packed with people, good music was playing. I didn't even mind the wait because the chicken was fresh and hot. I've never had Chicago style and this was a very good experience for my tastebuds! The cashier Jacque was so sweet and told us everything we needed to know about the menu and the food, she even let me taste the sauce before putting it on my food. And the food itself was A-1! If I'm ever in the Cedar Hill Area again, I will be stopping by! 10/10 would eat again.

Edit : I let my mom and little brother try the chicken, and they loveddd it. Definitely coming back.

Go back to chi town with your automatic fee”s that you don’t tell the customers about prior to completing the order. Ordering was like pulling eye teeth and the young lady acted as if she was not at work. They had 2 customers
