Not sure what has happened to this location, it has just gone down hill with every visit. I went in this past Friday, was sat immediately but didn't get greeted by a server for over 20 mins. We asked who was supposed to help us and 2 different girls just passed us around. Finally we were told no one claimed us so a kind waitress helped us. She was prompt and helpful for the rest of our visit. The wings are not the same, especially the sauce. Service is a hit or miss and atmosphere is just not there anymore.

If Tia is working the bar I will turn around an leave. She has an attitude and is not pleasant to be around. The Management here is terrible. It no wonder this place is doing so bad

Smoked wings were terrible. Super overcooked. Apparently the smoked wings are no longer smoked, they are fried, per management. Not very good. Talked with a manager and he gave us a dessert.
Lainey the bartender was awesome. I won't be back for wings but would come back for apps and drinks with her.

I’ve visited this Hooters several times over the past couple of months, and it’s consistently been a great experience—especially if you sit at the bar. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with lots of TVs showing different sports. If there’s a specific game you want to watch, just ask—they’re more than happy to accommodate. They also have a TouchTunes jukebox, which is a nice touch.
Food and drinks are reasonably priced, and the bar service is top-notch. Every time I’ve sat at the bar, the bartenders have been attentive, friendly, and quick. Special shoutout to Tia—she goes above and beyond. From my very first visit, she made me feel welcome and comfortable, and she even remembered my drink order when I came back weeks later. That kind of attention to detail really stands out.
If you sit at a table, the experience can be a bit hit or miss. There have been times when service was slow and the server was hard to find—I’ve actually had to get up to order and pay for a drink myself while my food was already at the table.
That said, I keep coming back for the great vibe and especially the bar experience. I’ll definitely keep returning and hope Tia’s working when I do—and that there’s an open seat at the bar!

We had to wait forever for a drink refill. The restaurant had only a few customers and the servers were nowhere to be found. I asked for an ice tea to go. When I got home this is what I found in my drink!! A rotten lemon and a napkin! Anybody know a good lawyer so I can sue Hooters?
