I didn’t get my wings I sit at that bar for 30 mins they forgot me and all I had was a drink and I’m so pissed I sit here for nothing and they forget to put in my order and the waitress is on her phone in the kitchen waste of my 22$ Uber

The wings are usually great at Hooters; that's what's kept me coming back for decades. However, I've visited the Cedar Hill location for the last time. I won't be back. The staff are rude or inattentive if you are not a "regular". The times I've been, the waitresses just sit around and chit chat with certain customers instead of minding their tables and I have to flag someone down just to get a water refill. My food was also served cold many times. I sent it back and it still came back cold. I've made all of these issues known to management in the past and based on my visit this week, nothing has changed. They've received the last of my hard-earned money.

Well first of all I love HOOTERS! But the waitress took too long to come check on us and the food...well we ordered lemon pepper wings but it's like they barely put any lp seasoning on it. Other than that it's ok.
Forgot my chips and queso, fried pickles, wings, and onion rings all cold! And forgot my extra ranches which I still paid for.

We almost always go to this ls location instead of the Grand Prairie location. Service is usually great, beers cold and food hot. I tried the GP location and regretted not traveling a bit farther to this one or the one in Arlington. The employees seem happier and not so beaten down.

Use to be my favorite, but it has gone way downhill. All of the food was cold cold. Messed up my wife's order and the wait yo replace it was so long we just canceled it.
