I have been to this iHop before and haven’t received the greatest service. I went in earlier this morning and our server Renee was wonderful. She was very attentive and kept in touch with us throughout our whole stay. She has such positive energy and definitely was a highlight of our visit. Will definitely come back for her service!

We arrived on a Sunday at 3:20, long after the post church rush. A large group of employees stood around mostly looking at their phones. We were seated. And we sat for almost 20 minutes. A group stood in the area behind the waiters area backs to the room on their phones. Zero effort. Zero concern. We just got up and left. I’ll tolerate this when I have to in Europe but not here. Their food is not cheap so it’s just not worth hanging around where our business is not wanted.

Food sat on the counter for a long time along with several other plates from other tables. When I asked the server, she said not all plates were ready. If my food is going to wait at the counter then it might as well just be in my table. I watched plates just sit at the counter the entire time we were there. Our server missed a few things we had asked for so our food was not great. Bathrooms are dirty. Floors are dirty. I will not be coming back to this location again.

We waited to be seated. We didn't see anyone, but one individual and he didn't acknowledge us. I noticed there were several other people also waiting and several orders sitting on the counter. I was under the impression that they were short staffed, so instead of continuing to wait we left to eat elsewhere.

This was the worst ihop I have ever been to. We arrived at 8:46am and walked out at 9:37am. We didn’t even get our drinks (coffee & orange juice). We watched them mess up other peoples order. One of the servers were talking very loudly stating “THIS IS MY INSIDE VOICE, WAIT UNTIL I GET COMFORTABLE”. In addition, they will put butter on people’s pancakes without putting on gloves, while sticking their hands in their pants, and talking over people’s food. 0/10

I called up there, too place a order, and there was this lady named Rosie and there were horrible customer service, and she thought I was prank calling when all I was trying to do was order food and she called me a she and not him and she knew that I was a him not as she and she was very rude and told me to go get a life and all was trying to do was order some food horrible customer service Rosie needs to be fired immediately and thought I was prank calling her because other people were just prank calls her
