my experience at the cedar hill Jack In The Box was one that I would never forget and for the wrong reasons. The Guy who served us food his name was Junior. Junior was very short tempered and was very very rude, the food is good overall but the customer service sucks

Wish there was a zero star rating. Absolutely garbage. Worst fast food place in Cedar Hill. Just moved to Cedar Hill, and Iâve been five times to Jack. Everytime itâs been horrible. I only go because I crave Jack but I dread going every time because the staff is trash. They literally walki around like zombies and are rude af. They get mad over everything, answer rudely and never get your order right. The food is stale, bland, and cold every time. This fast food place is an embarrassment to Cedar Hill. Just avoid it and go to Whataburger. Always get treated right at Whataburger. The team leader was clueless about the way they treat customers. I can go on for daysâŠ.

Horribly managed. I was the only person in the store in the middle of the day and no one in drive thru, still took 20 mins to complete a small order with 5 people working. They were playing around instead of preparing food. Oh donât come at night Management is worse all of your food will be cold and stale. Place needs to be investigated by corporate. Update 6/24 added photo of tacos just sitting out getting cold, sat there the entire time I waited for a pickup 15+mins
I think they need to work on making the food a little better You know like adding cheese etc, especially when you pay for extra cheese etc I know it's fast food But heck now days when picking a spot and spending so much for fast food I would like to enjoy it. Just a little effort in how you would like your food. Been to others where their burgers were juicy and tasted great. But then others dry just thrown together. Don't like to complain đ but maybe a manager will see this.

Not like I order a large or anything but I just want them to make it right and they wouldnât ! Make sure you have all your food even if you hold up the line !
