The new Smashed Jack was over done and not juicy. The bun was almost burnt and it was hard. I expected better and was very disappointed.

EVERYTIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION SEEMS TO BE THE SAME GIRL ALWAYS TELLING ME AND MY FAMILY WE CANT HAVE WHAT WE ORDERED. ON ONE OCCASION MY WIFE AND I ALONG WITH OUR 3 KIDS WENT TO ORDER TACOS FOR DINNER AND GIRL TOLD US WE CANT ORDER MORE THAN 4 TACOS.TODAY (03-15-24) ME AND MY SONS WENT TO ORDER FOOD AT 1220AMAND THE GIRL TOLD US THEY ARENT SERVING ANYMORE AND THEY ARE CLOSED. DISTRICT/REGIONAL MANAGEMENT HAS TO GET INVOLVED AND FIX THIS ISSUE WITH THESE YOUNGS KIDS RUNNING THIS STORE !!!THIS REVIEW IS THE 1ST ATTEMPT ON MAKING THIS STORE BETTER FOR CEDAR HILLNEXT IS CONTACTING THE MAIN OFFICE. I just don’t understand why it starts closing an hour before close or even 30 mins before close, it’s on the managers need to implement rules and re teach procedures because as someone who’s worked fast food before it’s poor management and lazy workers and if it keeps up I won’t be surprised if the place shuts

Really didn't want to choose a star but it is the only way you can leave a review. Went to the Cedar Hill, Texas location today to get lunch, the person on the speaker was very loud and you couldn't understand him. Told him I had a coupon for two homestyle ranch chicken club sandwiches (2-$14), he kept repeating it and made me repeat it then he wanted a code on the coupon I gave it to him and then he started yelling random numbers to me then a lady got on the speaker and started yelling I said nevermind and backed out of the drive thru and left never again will I go to this location.
