I didn't want to post this but I just couldn't let it go. I went to the drive thru and ordered my food. I asked if I could switch the sauce on my sandwich and the person who took my order said he was going to pray for my stomach. Maybe he meant to be funny but I felt it was very offensive and unprofessional.

A special shoutout to the manager, Elizabeth, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.
As someone from California, I’m sad we don’t have Jason’s Deli locations back home—I’d be a regular for sure! If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out. Highly recommend!

Customer service needs to be established with all employees. There's a certain level of personalism that should be established when you clock in. I drove over an hour and a half to bring my husband to the Jason's Deli that I worked at in college only to be treated less than human. Never again.
