I love Jason’s Deli in Cedar Hill. The service and the food is very good, I have never had a bad experience at Jason’s Deli. I’ve had several different menu items and I enjoyed them all. I’ve had pasta, different sandwiches, different soups and the different potato’s and I continue to choose Jason’s Deli because they are consistent with serving good food and having excellent customer service.

Jason's deli offer birthday freebies . I went to receive my birthday freebie. Customer service was professional. There cash register broke down but they ended up giving me my freebie anyway. By the way the desert was delicious. It was strawberry shortcake. Yummy!

This place has gone downhill. The food has always been good but today it was gross. Small portions and just tasted liked microwaved food? I honestly can’t explain it but for the price it was awful. Requested a refund which I rarely do unless it was that bad and “John” the manager gave me an attitude trying to tell me that everything’s fresh and he loves the item I wanted a refund on like OK? If I have to pretty much not gag while I’m trying to eat I think that warrants a refund do better Jason’s deli

We ordered online and still had to wait 25 minutes in the drive through. Not only was time wasted but my tuna sandwich had a huge chuck of tuna in it.

Ran in yesterday, during Lunch (9-16-25) to get a Salad to go. The Cashier Laura was on a personal call on the business phone. Had me wait after taking the person in front of me, Order. She had me hold on. Then when She was Ready, I told her 3 times I wanted a half Club with a Salad. And as always a Strawberry shortcake. She proceeded to say do you want the Club Royale. I was confused I just wanted a Half sandwich. She was a bit Harsh. I didn't know what Club Royale meant and she didn't seem like she wanted to Explain. Ugh. I get everything and get home. A Full sandwich. I was wondering cz I always spend the same amount. And it wasn't. (She kinda rushed me as she was charging me) but I know I won't have Laura do my Order again.

I would like to say every time I go in there it is very welcoming and the customer service is amazing, especially Nevii was amazing she made sure i had all i needed. Her smile is contagious, we need more employees like her. I will definitely be coming back.

I spoke with the manager and I decided to add my comments here. I just want to congratulate Jason's Deli for having the most sweetest person working the drive thru tonight. She was absolutely pleasant at the speaker and just as pleasant at the window! Her attitude was extraordinary! She actually made me feel very welcomed! Thank you!

I stopped in today to order the managers special, half salad & a drink. As I was making my salad I informed the lady who was cleaning the salad bar I didn’t get a drink. She told me where they were so I grabbed one. As I was making an Arnold Palmer very loudly the only African American male worker approached me saying “you didn’t pay for that drink” I informed him I did & could show my receipt. As I did he said “oh well she (the cashier) said you didn’t” then the cashier said “I thought I charged the other lady not you” no apology was issued even though he had the entire store was staring at me. Though I felt embarrassed I sat and enjoyed my lunch, I caught 3 employees staring at me as they congregated in the corner as one pointed at me. Pictured is the cashier who framed me for stealing.
