This place was pretty good when they first opened, but the sandwich i had last night was the worst! It wasn't much more than a shredded iceberg lettuce sandwicn, with no detectable cheese and no dressing at all, on a hard bun. It was tasteless so I added some garlic, Italian spices and olive oil. I still had to choke the thing down. I managed to eat almost half of it and gave me rest to the dog. She thought it was great.

I ordered ahead on the mobile app. When I arrived my sandwich was not ready yet so I seated myself in front of the register and waited for it. While waiting, customers had come in and ordered. When the last gentleman received his sandwich I asked an employee where my sandwich was. He indicated it was still sitting on the cutting board waiting to be finished. I asked why they were making other sandwiches for walk-in customers when I had ordered mine ahead on the mobile app and was still sitting there waiting. The guy responded ā€œI don’t know. Poor management, I guessā€. Sounds like stupidity to me. I felt I didn’t matter. There’s a reason I order via the mobile app. So I don’t have to sit and wait for my food when I arrive! I will never return to that location.

Shot out to the team of tonight, they gave me amazing service, welcoming everyone who would come in , push through a rush with out hesitations, they where just working so well , that I was impressed by the amount of people they took care of when I was dinning in.

I walked into the Cedar Hill Jersey Mike’s needing a massive catering order ASAP for a group of volunteers who were painting an elderly woman’s house. Lydell didn’t even blink when I asked for 16 sandwiches with chips and Gatorade’s for RIGHT NOW. He and the General Manager, Jacob, jumped into action assembling sandwiches faster than I have ever seen people make them before. Not only were they fast, they were also kind and good spirited about the whole thing which made a tough day volunteering so much easier! 5 stars isn’t enough. Shoutout to these kings! ???

**update * more than a month later finally got a response from the manger but he didnt call for that issue he called asking about a job application . Apparently my name in number got put in the job application list . I brough up the issue with him but he was dismisive never really apololgized for the bad experience . I'll find another Jersy Mike's to go to . **

I tried to get this issue solved with out having to write a bad review but it's been more than a week since I reported this issue and the manger never replied. I went in the store to get a sandwich with my daughter . I didn't notice because it was a long day and I was exhausted but when I sat down I was at an Angle to see behind the counter. The floor was disgusting food and trash piled all over the floor the employees were just stepping over it . Then I noticed there were Flys all over the food area and on the meat slicer . The employee saw me stare at the pile of garbage and just sweeped it out of view . The grossest restraunt in cedarhill . I love jersey mikes buy I will be going to one that's cleaner.

The staff does not greet you nor act like they want to take your order. Talking amongst themselves ignoring the fact that there is a line, just rude. Even when I order on door dash my order ALWAYS comes out wrong. I love jersey mikes but hate coming to this location! Management really needs to step in

Did an online pick up, 10 minutes away, got there about 20 minutes after I ordered, they just made one sandwich, and forgot about the other one. So only one was hot.
