I have a severe dairy allergy and the staff made sure everything I was served was safe. It took a few trips to ask the chef questions, but they took great care of me and our table. Cannot thank them enough for making sure I was safe and we all had a great meal/time!

Customer services was amazing ?The appetizer great ball of fire were amazing but when I got my order of daddy feast crab bucket it was just horrible . The texture and smell of crab was just bad and slimy . Loss my appetite ?

Customer service was really good. I was acknowledged and seated quickly. Arnold Palmer was good. Server kept my glass filled. Appetizer was brought out quickly. The fries were good. The crab bites were a miss. The batter was tasty but the consistency of the inside was off. Almost the consistency of tuna salad. The fish and chips weren't much better. No flavor and overcooked. The server noticed I wasn't eating and replaced my order with the coconut shrimp. I ate one and boxed up the rest. I left my server a nice tip and left. I normally order crab and it's really good. This meal was underwhelming.

First time at Joe's, awesome service from Selena and Manager Shelly. While my Cajun Steam pot was delicious, my wife's Crab bucket came out with a slimy and bitter taste.I don't recommend the lobster bisque,I REALLY recommend the Great Balls of Fire !

Great food even better service, highly recommend the great balls of fire as an appetizer. We shared the crab daddy feast with sunset fire and oldbay it gives the crab a good mix of salty and spice. And the category 5 drinks are on pointe, really hope they do not close this location like they have the others we drive a good distance to go here. A big shout out to Julie she's a very good waitress and bar tender.

Me and my sister Rene took our brothers Michael Holleman and BB Wilburn to dinner for Father's day while we were visiting Michael. The food was excellent. There c was so much food we had to take some with us. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable.

Arrived at The restaurant parking lot had 3 cars maybe 2 tables occupied. Place was dead. We see a waitress as soon as we walk in she waved her head no. Then a hostess greets us and asks how many. We say 6. My husband asks if we can be seated outside (keep in mind this place has 4 customers seated) The hostess says let me see she walks to the kitchen again the waitress waved her head no. My husband and I agreed to just leave.

Went there about 4pm on a Thursday.. it was dead. I think i was the first customer.. The bartender/waiter took my order. Ordered a long island tea and it was like lemonade with a faint splash of coke. Of course i wouldn't want to order another one.. Didn't think they knew how to make them. Had to get up and almost walk into the kitchen to ask for silverware. On the food.. i ordered two samplers. The crab dip was the best thing i was served. Everything else was overly fried and dry. Will not be back. Poor service and while they say crispy, the food was too dry. Not the EAT AT JOE'S that it uses to be.

My family and I went for my husband's birthday I reserved online for a party of 8+ when we got there it was about 15 of us and I guess the manager or who ever was in charge was upset and let us combine another table and the waitress wasn't very pleasant either her attitude was ugly. The food was good we still had a good time just the vibes at this location was not there.

Had dinner here. Our server (Colby) was very professional and kind. Dinner was great but his kindness made it better. I recommend this Joes. When you go ask for Colby he won’t let you down ??

When I tell you I used to love Joes! I lived 2 hours from one and would make sure that was on the to go to list when in Auburn Hills Michigan. After moving to Dallas TX and visiting the one in Cedar Hills, I now know why majority of them have closed…Prices went up probably due to Covid and now the quality and quantity of the food is less than subpar. We literally got crab legs that came out with no flavor all that they did was sprinkle some seasoning on top of the crab legs. Our corn and potatoes had NO seasoning on them and we had to ask for some. I can remember a time when they came out full of flavor. This will be the last time I’ve visit a Joe’s crab shack and I’m so disappointed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

We had a party of 18. I went in to ask how long the wait would be, they said they couldn't serve a party over 10. I told her we could split up in different tables and have separate tickets... the manager told me they were under staffed, with only 3 servers and wasn't going to slam her kitchen with two parties of nine. There was ONE other table of guests there. The hostess and manager both were full of "no no no.. no you can't sit outside, no we can't serve you guys, no you can't split up bc we only have 3 servers" She said the only way to do it is if we had one group eat while the other waits to be seated. If I was the owner of that restaurant I would not be pleased that during such tight times, the manager turned down that much business when she had 3 servers, and only one table with guests. Per the managers suggestion , we went next door to Saltgrass and got excellent service and meals. One star because I appreciate the recommendation to go next door.

They are short on employees, but the people they do have are great. The waiter we had has been there since 2010. Great service from him (we had a party of 12). The food was really, really, really good. I'm kinda glad that it isn't a busy place, but want it to stay open because the people that they do have.
