Good good chicken but prices on the menu are not the same when you get to the window and they refused to sell the food for the price listed. The price of course was higher ??♀️

Lisa's fried chicken is consistently hot, good, efficiently served. We are done with the big chain fried chicken places who want you to wait a half hour for dark only pieces and then charge you a fortune. We love Lisa's!

I've lived in the area about 6 yrs and they have always been great but when I make request it never gets done right it's like yall intentionally do the opposite. I ask for 3 legs and 2 thighs ...yall give me 3 thighs 2 legs i say i want i want 5 legs and 5 thighs on a 10 yall will just give what u want ...put no request if thats the case...Every SINGLE time. Smh food is good just hate when my order is wrong. It's not a cheap meal, so correct serving is expected.

I shouldn’t be rating a restaurant on a dipping sauce, but every time I come here, I ask for ranch. The cashier says “ok”, and I get a big cup of gravy when I open the box. I’m not trying to be rude or picky, but it’s kind of a slap in the face when you ask for one thing and get another. It’s honestly like this everywhere in Dallas. Either say “we don’t have it”, or give it to me.

Visited this place very frequent but 4/9/24 did it for me. Young man behind the counter was very very rude1st off it was a "What's up with ut?" instead of May I help you? Then was rushing me to order & wasn't listening to me when I was ordering. Then gave me white gravy after I asked for brown. The issue is when he just told me, "You didn't order brown gravy" & I said yes i did & he said no you didn't in an aggressive tone which put me in the defensive aggressive mode. That isn't how you talk to paying customers. Then proceeds to say, "I'm just a cook!" Well why take my order if you're just the cook. I am definitely going to reach out to the owner of this establishment. I am a food business owner too & the owner should be informed on how his customers are being treated. The ladies that were there apologized for his behavior and corrected the problem. Again it wasn't about the gravy, it was about the terrible service from 1 young individual that could ruin a business.
