lowering their prices overall it's good ice cream but win you pay nearly 7.00 for a small bowl it's outrageous over priced.

I got to this place all the time and i absolutely LOVEEEEEEEEE their ice cream and their service. The reason I couldn’t give them a 5 star review is because they were closed for 3 days during the cold weather, and I found a long piece of hair in my ice cream. They used to wear hair nets or pulled their hair back but recently not so much. I just hate I had to throw my ice cream away because of this simple mistake. I hope improvement can happen because I adore this place and I always have.

Door clearly says they close at 10. Dude inside says they close at 9

Arrived at 9:31 pm. Walked in and the employee stated they were closed. Online and door both state they close at 10pm. Very unprofessional and still had the door unlocked.

We went by at 3:45pm Friday and the place was closed, still closed at 4pm. Employees were visible inside. Hours need to be updated on Google to reflect closed times.

I showed up on 12/12 @8:56 pm thinking they were open until 10 pm. Online it stated they were open until 10 pm and even on the door. We didn’t get greeted and instead of first asking “how may I help you” the worker there let us know we could get toppings cause he’s closing the store at 9. I always go to this location and this has never been an issue. It was definitely a waste of gas.

This used to be the ice cream place to come to, but it has gotten terrible in the last few years. I'm reminded of why I don't come to this location anymore every time I step inside. It is disgusting. The counters weren't wiped down. The TV's were off, so you couldn't see any options. They apparently don't make their own waffle cones and waffle bowls anymore. They're store bought. Our ice cream was practically melting by the time we sat down. The guy working tonight NEVER bothered to wash his hands.. Last, but definitely not least.. the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. They made it unisex, but the problem is that there wasn't any toilet paper in there and all that could be used was paper towels. And there wasn’t any hand soap. Ew. Never will enter that establishment again.

Purchased a cake from here, ordered the day before, I was told that they didn't have the original cake I requested, so I requested a different cake instead, made the arrangements for order, received a call back, was notified that they could in fact make the cake I originally requested so I changed to original cake order. When I came to the facility, the cake was not finished, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes while they served other customers instead of addressing this issue, only to be told that they did not have the materials to make cake design. After waiting close to an hour I finally asked to pay for cake the way it is and left.

I ordered a custom ice cream cake on Wednesday night to pick up Saturday morning at 11am. I arrived at 11:20am and the shop was closed despite having a posted 11am open time. I went back at noon, and it was still closed with no one inside. I prepaid $50 for this cake which I never received and was forced to get a last minute cake from BaskinRobbins down the road. Do not preorder from here.

This is the place we used to go by when young and I found one on Cedar Hill, they have delicious ice cream really enjoyed the peanut butter on chocolate cone. Haven’t ate inside but usually place is clean, there is variety and lots of toppings. Customer service is usually very good.

This location has really gone down hill, they never have waffle bowls available, and could care less if you leave their location...one in Mansfield is better, we called then and they had bowls and had much better customer service.
