Order boneless wing special. Receive a call from manager telling me they are out of boneless. He said they they will just send bone-in as a replacement. Awesome all good... nope, sent small nuggets of crust.. what happen marcos?.. called store, manager just says that he was sorry and got quiet.. thanks the only thing that was bone-in was me..

They answered my call and immediately hung up. When I tried to call back, their number was blocked or masked, making it impossible to reach them. Completely unprofessional so I took my business elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

Was very disappointed with the quality of pizza this time around. The pizza was warm at most, and it felt like they had just reheated a pizza they made yesterday. There was no cheese pull like the last couple of times I bought Marcos. The quality for the amount of money we paid was not worth it. At this point I wouldāve been better off going to Lil Cesarāsā¦. Unfortunately I donāt think Iāll be coming back againā¦

I ordered a large thin crust all meat pizza and they sent me a large thin crust pizza with just sauce and crust no meat.. And they refuse to fix it. You can't make this up. SMH
The staff were very friendly. New pizza place in Mesquite TX and y'all should go by and show your support. Great pizza, wings, salads and pizzoli. I have tasted them all. Great experience, great taste! Thank you all.

From the time I walked in intil the end of my picking up the pizza was a nightmare. I saw my pizza and ask the manager Josh what was going on with the pizza, the online ordering and how I was not happy with a burnt pizza he kept Trying to convince me that's the way the pizza is! Is everyone from Mars or am I living in this world by myself? Can someone from Marco's pizza help me to make sense of the new age customer service of 2025 ! The pizza š sucks!

Didn't expect to see the employees preparing the pizza with no gloves on! Witness a worker on the phone, then got off the phone and went straight to preparing a pizza with NO GLOVES!! Unbelievable!!! Don't forget the sagging pants employee!!

Their pizza is great the issue is service. Every time I think I'll try them again I am reminded as to why I quit and go somewhere else. The website always freezes. The charge for delivery and end up using doordash when I have a doordash pass for free delivery anyway. The prices via doordash are higher. The discount was incorrect at checkout so over charged. And tracking order doesn't work so you end up calling them again due to website issues. I wish it wasn't so bad because they have good pizza.
