Their pizza is great the issue is service. Every time I think I'll try them again I am reminded as to why I quit and go somewhere else. The website always freezes. The charge for delivery and end up using doordash when I have a doordash pass for free delivery anyway. The prices via doordash are higher. The discount was incorrect at checkout so over charged. And tracking order doesn't work so you end up calling them again due to website issues. I wish it wasn't so bad because they have good pizza.

I have ordered delivery many times, and the pizza is always hot, the ingredients fresh and taste amazing!! I have never been displeased with any of my orders, you can track online, they have awesome coupons and deals, and I refuse to order from any other pizza place! Marco's pizza is worth every penny spent!! My family loves Marco's Pizza! We just ordered their BBQ pizza and added jalapenos.. and my goodness!! So good!! Give them a try!!

I ordered a small ultimate on cauliflower crust. When the pizza came out it was on the wrong crust. Employee one said she would remake the pizza and have it right out. Employee two boxed the original wrong pizza and handed it to me. I told her employee one was remaking the pizza and told the discrepancy with the first pizza. She said “oh okay, I’ll have to refund you and charge you more.” I said no thanks you can just refund me.
The wrong pizza was a mistake, I was willing to deal with. The poor service from employee two was unacceptable. Simple mistakes like that cost otherwise good franchises customers and ultimately revenue.
SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE THAT APPRECIATES YOU, NOT AT MARCOS CEDAR HILL.

This was a good treat. We weren't sure how this would be, but we were surprised with amount of selection. Everything was cooked within 15 min which is very fast. The wings tasted very good. The chicken is baked & then coated with a sauce. The pizzas were really flavorful & we can't wait to try some more. There's no dine in.

I made an online order and was paying cash. I was called 15 minutes after I made the order and was told they didn't have a delivery driver until 5:00pm so I said I could come pick it up. And asked how much it would be seeing there would be no delivery charge. My online order was $17.33 she informed me it was going to be almost $20.00 for me to pick it up, I asked why it was more she replied that was the price for in store menu. I asked for the manager to call me and still no call.

Yesterday, April 3 ...was my first time ordering pizza from Marco's I stopped last week and brought salad 's decided to try the pizza when I arrived my pizza in oven waited on her to fix my salad when I saw her fixing my salad with no gloves I told her to please put gloves on to fix my salad!! She said to me I just washed my hands I told her I didn't care it's still covid and she need gloves on ....then I saw the new young guy working the register not sure if he washed his hands go start to make pizza without gloves ? I told him if the customer came in and saw him making their pizza without gloves they not gonna won't it...he then put gloves on and continue to make the pizza they need hair nets on and gloves always...I will not place my order online I will go instore to get my order to make sure they have gloves on.....The thought of it makes me sick...Go in store and see for yourself...I had the speciality pizza it was good ?
