Ordered my pizza ahead of time for pickup, said it would be ready in ten minutes. They emailed me saying it was in the oven at 5:54 and it would be ready at 6:04. My pizza was not ready until 6:20. There were so many people in there just waiting around on their pizzas to be made. Just ridiculous.

We ordered a cheese pizza for our kids who are not picky at all. They said their pizza taste like just bread. My husband and tasted it and the cheese was literally as thick as a strand of hair. No sauce just dry. ?♀️

I typically do not leave low reviews, I wouldn't this time except I asked for an ex-large well done with a BBQ sauce cup. When it was delivered, the dough was not cooked all the way through. There was a piece of sausage on the pizza (I'm allergic to pork). The pizza was cold once I tried to eat some. There was no BBQ sauce cup. I asked the driver about the sauce cup, and he never showed back up. I called multiple times, and no one would answer (during business hours). I ended up trashing the whole pizza. It was inedible.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!I placed an order online and noticed that I optioned for THICK instead of THIN pizza on the receipt after I had paid for the pizza.(Slip of the thumb)I asked the waiter if they can make me another pizza (that I was going to pay for) and I was told NO by the manager.Now, why would they tell me that I could not order another pizza and have it made THIN instead of THICK when I was going to pay for what I originally wanted?My only response was, “we’re sorry, sir. But you can call the number on our website and speak to someone about your concern”.Very off putting. Especially when others in the store were looking puzzled, too.Busy or not, if you tell a customer that they cannot order a pizza from your store, folks take your money and business elsewhere.Mine was not welcomed here, nor will it be going forward.And to think…..I was getting Marco’s Pizza for someone who had never had it before.

We ordered delivery and the food was good however they forgot two items, cinnamon squares and a bottle of soda. We only had 5 items. When we called to let them know and see what we could do about the missing items the manager was EXTREMELY rude. When she answered she sounded annoyed that we even called about it. She never apologized about the mix up and she ended the conversation with "...Thankyou, bye." And immediately hung up. It sounded like she slammed the phone down. The delivery driver on the other hand had EXELENT customer service. He apologized about the mix up and was super friendly about it. The delivery driver who goes by JM apologized the way the manager should have. Needless to say we will not be back to this location.

The only reason they get two stars is because they deliver through door dash which means when I get my food it will be cold they said 30 min to deliver now it’s over an hr the pizza is good but it’s ruined now due to them delivering through door dash

My first time coming to this location and my experience turned out good. I placed a call ahead order and it was ready upon pick up. This Marcos is located on the cedar hill side of Pleasant Run in a small shopping center next to other businesses. Customer service was good on this occasion and helpful. Pizza was delicious and they didn't skimp on the ingredients. Only thing I will say was that the pizza wasn't sliced well enough to break apart. Very minor but I would definitely revisit this location again to order up some Marcos pizza.

We've ordered here a few times. EVERY delivery has been wrong. When we ordered after they first opened, they sent the wrong pizza and the replacement was tossed on our front porch 2 hrs later without a knock on the door. We tried delivery again last night and they forgot 2 items. When I called, I asked them to just refund my card for the difference which the manager agreed to. Of course, no refund showed up in my account. We've picked up pizzas and they've been ok since it's possible to check the order right then. But their delivery is awful and they never seem to get it right.

First I ordered was not correct when I got home couldn't check Pizza in the store it was too crowded.I paid one price but my receipt showed a different total however the higher amount was taken out of my account.Definitely will not be returning only went because my kids has been asking to try since they were so close to my home.Either the staff don't know what goes on the pizza or they just don't care.At the end of the day we all work for our money n chose to spend it here yet to get the order wrong not put all the toppings on the pizza and obviously over charge you all at the same time. Make it make sense.

Marco's Pizza was so awesome. They had great parking spots and my pizza was done in only ten minutes! As I walked in I noticed the fun atmosphere and pizza smell. My adventure to Marco's was so thrilling and I enjoyed the silly customers. Also was prettty clean! Everyone in there was very nice and I enjoyed my less than 30 minute stay... I wish they kept me longer.
