I went Mason's Chicken and Seafood and was blown away by the amazing food and service! I went through the drive-thru, which was not only convenient but also provided great service. The food was delicious, and I can't wait to go back for more. Highly recommend Mason's to anyone looking for a fantastic fried chicken & seafood

The food was horrible. The catfish tasted a day or two old. You can tell it was reheated fish. My daughter had a burger that made her sick the following morning. She got food poisoned. She was throwing up and had stomach cramps and fever. The food is over priced and not worth the money at all. This business needs to be closed until the food inspector checks this place out.

I’ve never had a problem until yesterday. The lady through the drive through was rude and when I got to the window to pay she asked me if she could borrow $2. Maybe it was because I didn’t have it to give to her that my food ended up being terrible. My burger was freezer burned and still frozen in the middle.

New to the area and thought that I would support a local business. I noticed not many cars in the drive-thru nor inside. Not one customer inside. I decided to try them anyway (go with your first mind!). You can view the menu but not place an order until at the actual window. You order and pick-up at the same window. You sit there while they cook your food (strange and a red flag). Surprisingly and concerning, my food was ready in about 8 minutes. I drove home to find an item missing. I immediately called the restaurant to inform. A woman answered and did not apologize just listened and was silent. Keep in mind, I had just left and drove the 20 minutes home and immediately called. I repeated myself and she responded (as if I was a bother), that I could come back to pick it up. I informed that I was home now and not coming back out and could pick it up some other time when in the area. She dryly acknowledged and then hung up. A week later, I was in the area, decided to grab lunch for my daughter before she goes to work at the hospital (nurse, long shifts). I had to drive near the restaurant therefore I would skeptically order the shrimp for her and have them replace the sandwhich that they left out of my bag during the last visit. Keep in mind I was not happy with their wings from the last visit but was going to try something different for my daughter and finally get the sandwich they owe me. The man that took my order was not at the window. I ordered the shrimp dinner for my daughter and informed that I was also pcking up the sandwhich that they left out of the bag. Another woman with a bad attitude walks up right at that time and informed me that she cannot just "give" me a sandwhich. I am pretty sure that she is the person that I conversed with over the phone. I informed her of the call, the day and that I am now picking up the sandwhich with the rest of my order. She repeats that she cannot just "give" me a sandwhich. It was obvious she was intentionally being rude and unprofessional and proceeds to ask for a receipt. Laughing inside because she and I both knew that she was the person over the phone, she did not take my name down and hung up before provided it and she never mentioned that I would need to return with my receipt. I have a 6 figure salary and a 7 figure business in Missouri. With that stated, I could purchase anything in this establishment, including the establishment itself it I choose to. The quality of the food from the 1st visit was not good and I am giving you an opportunity to redeem yourself and maintain me as a customer and you want to be rude over a sandwhich :) . I canceled the order that I had started. This is the reason why businesses fail (poor manager, quality of food, unprofessionalism and poor communication skils). Before leaving, I asked her how many sandwhiches of ths type are consistently left out of the customer's bag if its that hard to recall last week's conversation. :) Do not patronize poor service nor poor food.

Their food AND service are just too inconsistent for me to patronize here on a regular. Sometimes the food is fresh, and everything can be perfect, then the next, you’re receiving overcooked nuggets and fries, hard as rocks. Not to mention the lady in the drive thru window today who was clicking her nails in your face as if she’s not use to getting a new set of acrylics. She’s very off putting with the dramatics and def fit the stereotype with her rude attitude. Okay, Shanehneh from apt 2B.

Happened to be in this area doing some house hunting and got hungry. This place caught my attention because I had a taste for seafood. They have lots of different seafood items on the menu. I kept things simple with some catfish nuggets and fries. My food was ready quickly and came our hot. My food was delicious and very well seasoned. I would definitely come back again if I'm ever in this area.

It was absolutely horrible, the only thing decent was the salad however the pieces was so large I had to cut it up. The rice smelled horrible and was overcooked, the grilled catfish was slimey and nasty and in pieces with mo taste, the grilled porkchop was so thin and hard it was not edible. The lemon pepper wings was so salty and fries were hard. I couldn't take it back (car down) so I took salad off and tossed the rest. I've been to Mason's before but this is horrible and an expensive lesson. Reasonable Prices but an Expensive lesson. When I called to complain the attitude wasn't good. "NEVER AGAIN"

The waitress taking the orders was very rude for starters. Once I received my order and sat down at home to eat( only 3 minutes away) the shrimp ? and fries were over fried. Everything was crunchy. I rated this establishment as a 1. I'll never patronize this business again.
