Today at lunch time I placed a curbside order and I waited 20 minutes past the pickup time before I went in to get it. I was informed that some piece of equipment wasn’t plugged in (don’t know what that means), but they found my order sitting up on the counter and gave it to me. I asked it it would be cold because it had been sitting up there for 20 minutes. I was informed it was probably ok, as they walked away. How would I describe the food?????? Well, she was right… it was just OK ( I mean edible ). My Cheese Melt was not melted. I threw away most of my lunch, due to the mediocrity. And to think, the app asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which I did and I wonder why???????!!!!!!!!!!

Very slow, almost half of the tables had trash on them, trash on the floor. Restroom was disgusting. But the food was good.

I ordered pick-up twice from this location in a 2 week time period. 1st time they didnt give me a side, 2nd time, I got the side but we got no pickles. We ordered McAlisters club, but they were each made different, one with mustard and one with mayo...and this was not ordered that way. I believe in 2nd chances, but not thirds. Won't be going back.

I ordered a king sandwich and this is what they gave me. This is missing meat and cheese. I’m charged extra for this sandwich option there is no way I should be missing part of the sandwich.My bread is burnt as well this is ridiculous. This is why I stopped coming to this location it’s a hit or miss.

The place had a funny smell to it. When she initially gave me my food, she forgot my salad and also forgot my plasticware. It also hair in my food, and yes they made it over but the food tasted horrible.
