I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this establishment. I was served a fruit cup that was visibly contaminated with mold, indicating a significant lapse in food safety protocols. The extent of the mold growth suggests improper storage, packaging, or refrigeration practices. Given that this location also serves temperature-sensitive items such as sandwiches and soups, this raises serious concerns about the overall handling and freshness of their offerings. While I did not consume the fruit, the presence of mold calls into question the integrity of the rest of the meal. Selling visibly spoiled food poses a genuine health risk to customers. It is imperative that all items be properly labeled, monitored for expiration, and stored under appropriate conditions. I urge the management to review their food safety procedures to prevent such incidents in the future. Mold is not something you can simply get past. If one piece of food is molding in your restaurant the rest certainly can if not kept properly. People can get sick from this, won't be eating here again.

It my first time here so I have to wait to review the food but the service here is UNMATCHED !! Toni at the counter is AMAZING it's safe to say I will be back AND THE PLACE IS CLEAN FROM FRONT TO BACK, TOP TO BOTTOM !

BEST MCALISTERS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Service was amazing everyone was so genuine and helpful. Huge round of applause to their management I know they are leading this location well. Call me dramatic but it really was a breath of fresh air. They care about their customers.

The Mechanist

We’ve had some difficult experiences at this McAllister’s in the past. But the employee we encountered today named TEE. Made us feel a lot better about coming back here. She was fantastic. We really want to shine a light on the employee TEE. She was energetic helpful, not just to us, but the people around her that needed help with their workstations. Absolutely wonderful employee.

I always go to this place for lunch when I'm working. I've been to some that take their time getting your food to the table but not here. Always clean and have nice people working there. Highly suggested!

My coworkers and I picked up to go orders during lunch 2x within the last 3weeks. My goodness...the service was quick, orders were correct, and food was beyond good! This location doesn't miss!!! You have to try their nachos!!!!!🤯 The grilled chicken club is great as well. My other 3 coworkers said their orders were super delicious as well. Everyone was pleased! 💕 10/10

Stopped in today without knowing it was Free Tea Day! Such a great experience. The staff was beyond friendly throughout our entire dining experience. The harvest chicken salad sandwich was delicious.

We eat at this McAllister’s about once a week. Austin continually provides excellent service! He is very attentive. We’re always glad when he’s working…we know we’ll be taken good care of.

Today at lunch time I placed a curbside order and I waited 20 minutes past the pickup time before I went in to get it. I was informed that some piece of equipment wasn’t plugged in (don’t know what that means), but they found my order sitting up on the counter and gave it to me. I asked it it would be cold because it had been sitting up there for 20 minutes. I was informed it was probably ok, as they walked away. How would I describe the food?????? Well, she was right… it was just OK ( I mean edible ). My Cheese Melt was not melted. I threw away most of my lunch, due to the mediocrity. And to think, the app asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which I did and I wonder why???????!!!!!!!!!!

Very slow, almost half of the tables had trash on them, trash on the floor. Restroom was disgusting. But the food was good.
